If I could give 0 stars I would…. They were rude…. I went in to redeem my free smoothie today and I literally waited for 20 mins…. They were busy but I watched 3 people who were behind me in line get their drink before mine… when she put the drink on the counter there was smoothie dripping all on the side 10/10 would not recommend this location I will not be back I usually go to a different one and that’s where I will continue to go. I guess she felt since I wasn’t purchasing anything I should have to wait longer ither way horrible service and no apologies for the long wait or the fact you helped 3 people who were behind me in line before mine

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Smoothie King was disappointing enough to warrant one. The customer service was unprofessional and inattentive. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged while the employees chatted among themselves. When I finally placed my order, the staff member seemed rushed and dismissive, barely making eye contact. To top it off, my smoothie was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I was met with attitude rather than an apology or a solution.
It’s unfortunate because I genuinely enjoy their smoothies, but this level of service makes me reconsider coming back. A little courtesy and attention to detail would go a long way.

Honestly needs a rework for management, especially if they look for any reason to fire employees. It's mostly why the service is bad, because they get rid of good employees for stupid reasons. Will not be returning to this location
