Daisy is one of the employees that really stand out at this location. She displays true leadership qualities, along with a happy face to keep the environment positive. This is one of my favorites places to go after or before a workout during the weekend.

From the moment I walked in the workers were super slow and disrespectful with a "what do you want" attitude and said that the drink I asked for didn't exist but it's always been on the menu lol. Two guys in there, still well over an hour before they close yet they were taking forever for 1 drink. Place is clean and drink is alright but the service is just too annoying to deal with.

Started taking a new route to work and coming to this location for my daily smoothie. The first 2 days, the drink was great. The third day was full of ice and no flavor. The fourth day was good again. The last 2 days have been horrible full of even more ice and my cups weren’t full. Consistency isn’t present.

They got mine ready. I saw it. Then started making 5 other smoothies. They pointed to mine multiple times like they didn't know what to do with it. Didn't put it in the wooden pick up thing. Then all of a sudden wrote my name on it and gave it to me. Waited 10min inside after I'd placed an order online 9min prior to arriving. Told them it'd been sitting there and they smiled at me, laughed, and said "Oh sorry sir." Wait time is bad. They'll respond to this review with "Sorry" politely (like when I was inside), but as past reviews prove, nothings changed. 2 stars because one of the young employees was wearing a Cowboys shirt on Sunday!

I come to this location at least 1-3 times a week, typically in the late mornings. The staff (Tony and Azarith) know my name and order at this point! They’re very friendly and obviously good at what they do. Never had a disappointing smoothie, great service!

If there was a option to do 0 stars I would. Definitely never visiting again. The new management has some work to do with the employees. The guy working the cashier is so rude and not helpful whatsoever. Please bring back old management and old employees.
