This Smoothie King store is always on point. The smoothies are consistently fresh and taste great every time I come through.
The staff here is friendly and moves fast, even when it’s busy. Orders come out quick, and the place is always clean. This is my regular Smoothie King spot and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

As a Smoothie King regular I have grown to expect a certain product as my SK in Arlington always serves me an excellent product full of fresh fruit. Well this week, I had an appointment in Dallas and thought I would try another SK on my route back to my office. I did an online order and picked up toast and a smoothie through the drive thru. The smoothie was delicious but the toast was quite disappointing. The bananas looked and tasted old. The strawberries and blueberries were fine but there was very little of it. I also ordered granola on the toast and they forgot to add it. Whomever made this toast put no pride into it. I will say the young lady was sweet and friendly and for that reason I didn’t give just one star.
If you are in the White Rock area….make sure you demand a good product because other SKs are willing to provide it.
I guess I am spoiled because my SK on Collins in North Arlington would never dream of serving such a product. If it doesn’t look like the picture on the menu, it will not be given to me.

So I was driving around and had the desire for bananas, strawberries, protein, crushed ice, multivitamins, and skim milk all in one cup.... and then I saw this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There was no line, so we drove up to the intercom and waited, but no one responded. Thinking the intercom might be broken, we pulled up to the window. The first employee asked if we had already ordered, and when we said no, he rolled his eyes, closed the window, and walked away. Didn’t say anything else. So we waited a few more minutes before another employee came to the window. Again, we explained we hadn’t ordered yet and wanted to place an order. Instead of simply taking it, we were told we had to reverse all the way back to the intercom to order. This felt completely unnecessary, especially since there was no one behind us and it would have been simple to take the order at the window.
Due to the poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy, we decided not to order anything and just drove away. Very disappointing. Will not be coming to this location again.
I had to ask Brianna (slim, petite lady with long, dark black hair in case the name on the receipt is someone else) to wash her hands before making my smoothie, after observing her re-enter the store from taking the trash to the dumpster. After she washed up, she proceeded to make the most flavorless smoothie I’ve ever purchased. I guess that was her way of retaliating against me for asking her to wash her hands.
