Used the app to order my bowl to have extra goji berries and granola instead of blueberries and strawberries, so they decided to just get rid of the blueberries and strawberries without adding the extra I ordered. Also, I watched the guy accidentally dip the lid into the smoothie and instead of getting a clean lid, just put the dirty lid back on there so I can drip down my hand before I can search my car for a napkin to try to wipe it off. Good thing this smoothie factory charges more than all the other ones in the area.

I have gone 7 times… 7 separate occasions and every time I order a STRAWBERRY BANANA GLADIATOR WITH VANILLA PROTEIN and every SINGLE time they get it wrong. Not just 1 time, not twice, but 7 times it has been the wrong order… 7 times!
We had the most excellent service by Nija!! She made my son a Dude Perfect smoothie even after the promotion was over because he missed it!! So so kind and thoughtful!!
