I go to this smoothie king all the time with no problems. last thursday I tried to order my usual order (I get a few times a week) and the man working from the start had a incredibly rude tone and kept asking what additives I wanted inside I kindly stated I just wanted it how it came or for him to pick and he kept refusing and told me I had to pick (witch i was confused by bc i always get it how it comes no problems so i was confused what he wanted me to chose to add inside) after him arguing with me over not knowing what i was supposed to add as i got to the window he said they didn’t do apple pay (i have always paid this way) however I know things like that go out so i kindly said i’m so sorry that they had to make it and left (with out smoothie bc i couldn’t pay). now today it’s thursday again and i go up to the window to order this time with a physical card in case they don’t do apple pay and a sweet girl takes my order and right as i’m about to pull forward the same man comes on and ask what i want to add inside again and says that they only accept cash no form of card (clearly recognizing me from before). Either this smoothie king should put a sign they are doing cash only now or this man who’s black and works thursdays sgoukd get a talk to because he’s extremely rude

we ordered via the app which said our drinks will be ready at 7:50 PM on Friday got there at 7:50 and there was nobody to be found in the store. had to ring a bell for someone to come from from out from the back room. when I told the lady that I ordered online she then reaches for the ticket and then makes a drink with an attitude not apologizing for the delay when it should've already been ready. this is the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with at a Smoothie King. I understand it's hard to get help these days but come on I'd rather get abused somewhere else and go to a restaurant and get that. if you must use a Smoothie King please go to the one on Mockingbird or on Lemmon Ave. She grabbed

Horrible customer service. Bad attitude. They have messed up my drink half the times I've been here. Watered down more often than correct. I'm done. Never giving them another try. Whoever does the hiring is responsible for the terrible quality control. There is a new employee every two months and they are always unpleasant.

The last month I have gone, it’s been next to disappointing. Rude, lousy and unprofessional staff. I drove 15mins to this location and showed up right at 845pm only to be told “ we were a little slow today and decided to close early.” Don’t come here. Drive farther out for good service who honors actual open-to-close hours.

Always take good care of me and in a timely matter. Highly recommend the strawberry hulk, tasty, filling, everything you could want. Plus the building stays clean and kept.

I love Smoothie King, but this location in particular, and only in the last few months, has gotten to be so slow. I don't know why. Maybe something to work on. Today my Smoothie was not the usual consistency, and was too thick to drink; almost like a milkshake. Hopefully this is constructive criticism

I love smoothie king, but this location locks their doors over 10 minutes before their posted close time. Either lock the doors at 7 or change your hours to 6:45 and save me the drive :(

Have been here a few times and the drive through for a smoothie takes on average about 30 minutes....even with only one (or no cars ahead of us.

I NEVER leave reviews but I couldn’t help but leave one here. I drove here and there wasn’t one car in the parking lot, there are signs on the door saying due to heavy foot traffic we are drive thru only. (Even though nobody is here). Nobody answered at drive thru, went to window. Nobody was there. I called the store told them I was at the window and she sighed heavily and came to the window. The worst attitude I have EVER received. “What do u want” I said, “are you closed or something” and her response was “no we close at 7. Do u want to add a tip?” I am still sitting here waiting for someone to come back to the window and I ordered 15 minutes ago. I AM THE ONLY PERSON HERE!!!! I paid and I tipped and am still waiting for my smoothie.

After coming multiple times, the way is consistently over 10 minutes, even if there's no line, the drive-thru even has a weight to put your order in and I had to repeat my order four times. I would not recommend.

Been coming to this location for several years and it’s gone way down hill past few months. The cadence in the drive thru is insanely long. 15-20 min wait when there is no one even in line.

Sat in the Drive thru for 28 minutes before they took my order.. couldn't leave because there was a car behind me and car in-front of me so I had no where to go. Stay away from this Smoothie King!!

This was my first time to smoothie king and I had bad experience. The place is horribly understaff. I was waiting there for 30 mins for 1 single smoothie and I decided to cancel. They give preference to the drive through over walk ins. Drive though had long line. There were only 2 people working amd they were already exhausted.

Online it says they close at 7. The doors were locked and they weren’t taking drive thru orders and it wasn’t even 6:30. I’m literally sitting in the drive thru while the lady is taking the trash out. Like y’all can’t be serious. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another smoothie king.
