Placed an order and was handed a cup where a bit under a quarter was missing, after a spill when cap popped off as it was being handed to me. Was told to get it replaced would need to purchase a smaller size. Door had closed sign and door locked despite being operating hours.

Johnny & Mindy at the Dallas Fort Worth Ave. location are friendly, professional and make the best smoothies! This morning, I witnessed Johnny ask a young man who was waiting out in the cold (28 degrees) for his pizza store to open up next door, to come into his Smoothie King store to wait out of the cold. He then made him a small smoothie! I have not seen that level of kindness, care and customer service in a long time! Johnny is an asset to Smoothie King and they genuinely care about their customers! 👏🏼

Absolutely phenomenal staff. This is my to go smoothie king and I’ve been coming since they’ve opened. I’ve only ever had one issue but the owner contacted me directly and was amazing! Will be coming back l! Smoothies are made quickly and delicious every time! Thank you.

I accidentally ordered my drink at the wrong location, but the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to make my drink despite my mistake. The ladies went above and beyond to assist me, and I really appreciate their efforts. Awesome staff!

Imagine going into a place telling the cashier exactly what you want and don’t want just for the kid to say ok but don’t put it on the order. What if I was allergic? Then, once I spoken up about it everybody behind the corner started giving off a weird vide and all going to the back of the store. I seen the young lady ask the cashier if I had order what I said I ordered and he shook his head yes & they both giggled. Just a bunch of kids!! I just requested my money back. People don’t understand we spend our hard earned dollars. Customer service is trash.
