Imagine going into a place telling the cashier exactly what you want and don’t want just for the kid to say ok but don’t put it on the order. What if I was allergic? Then, once I spoken up about it everybody behind the corner started giving off a weird vide and all going to the back of the store. I seen the young lady ask the cashier if I had order what I said I ordered and he shook his head yes & they both giggled. Just a bunch of kids!! I just requested my money back. People don’t understand we spend our hard earned dollars. Customer service is trash.

I was charged twice and called to speak to the manager/ owner. He informed me that he could not recall any transactions for the day. I’m confused how the business is keeping up with revenue if you can’t track P&L. I adore the crew but the owner is very rude and uneducated.

This is not directed towards this one store. This is all of smoothie king. When are you going to get rid of the employees and add machines? If your smoothies were correct and exact every single time, it would be great. But they aren’t as a matter of fact, they’re never right.one out of every 10 is correct. I know you guys have an automated. One out of every 10 is correct. I know you guys have an automated smoothie king Machine that you are just waiting to use. Pull it out let’s go. Human error is your problem. If a human didn’t touch your smoothies, they would be perfect.

Be careful with this Smoothie King Located on Fort Worth Ave. They include tip without asking if you would like to tip. I even asked the cashier why the increase and she said she didn’t know. After I paid I saw the tip included and I asked her why it was added and again she said she didn’t know. Not very helpful.
