It's CLOSED, NOT OPEN ANYMORE!

Such a beautiful Hotel love it

This location used to be amazing, they got rid of the regular lady and none of the newer staff can make them right. Expect watered down, watery and partially filled smoothies. Literally any other Smoothie King would be great, I gave this location another 5 chances after the staff changes but this is it, I’m done. They aren’t getting any better only worse

The only thing that's on the door is now hiring. But it's not opened. I've been working at my new job for 2 weeks and it hasn't been open. Please just say this is just closed down so people won't thing it's open.

Edit: Hi, I did send an email to the email provided, explaining what happened with screenshots included. Its been about a week now and I still haven’t received a response nor was I refunded yet either.Said they were open on app & Google Saturday. Took my order via their own (!) smoothie king app, processed payment, provided pick up time & I drove there, parked, everything. Sign on window for Covid hours. Closed Saturday & Sunday. Seems Google at least was updated now however you might want to update internally as well & stop accepting orders while you are closed. I could ve easily went to another location but after this experience I didn’t have the time nor desire anymore. It’s very upsetting & I can understand that google might not always be right but your own app???? Come on!

Amazing staff, fast service, clean space, and once they told me about the app I order ahead every day I come into the office. My smoothie is waiting for me, ready to go! Highly recommend.

This is the best smoothie king ever!! Every day I go the lady that works here remembers my name and has my smoothie ready immediately! Businesses nearby are losing business because I’d rather go get a smoothie from her than to eat anywhere else!

Extra rude male worker, specifically, the only african guy who works there. The females are very nice. He even started laughing after being disrespectful... Why on Earth would I ever come back and spend money again

Getting in is kind of tricky but they have weekly specials the downer is its a very tight knit area the wait is pretty long and the ladies who work barely speak english..

I've had employees argue with me on 2 separate occasions because of modifications that I have to make to my smoothies. It NEVER HAPPENS at other locations.

Smoothie King is located in the Plaza of the Americas! The Plaza itself is beautiful. The smoothies are a little expensive, but worth it. Customer Service was also great! I would come again, especially for meal replacement smoothies
