From the first moment I started coming to this smoothie King location, I was greeted by Tabitha with exceptional customer service might I add she made my smoothie better than anyone has ever made it in my entire history of visiting a smoothie King. Bri was so helpful. She gave me exactly what I wanted when I wasn't sure what to get. As an autistic individual, it can be difficult to know what to get if I'm not already accustomed to the place I'm ordering from. I also have a hard time alleviating the pressure I put on myself knowing that people would prefer you to know what you want to order relatively quickly. Luckily, there was no one behind me, and Bri was there to answer all of my many, many questions. She was so informative and the entire encounter left me feeling elated, whereas before I went in, I was hungry, unsure, and knowing I would more than likely frustrate either the people behind me, or the person at the counter because of my inability to decide quickly, and Bri took all of that away. She gave me exactly what I needed, settled my anxieties, and positively impacted the rest of my day, and some.

I came into Smoothie King two days ago and was greeted and given a complaint when I walked up to the register. On the receipt her name shows LAKEESHA! She went above and beyond with her customer service and I have never experienced such a joyful person at this location.
