I went in today and got this, ate it and it was delicious. After that I was outside and I found 10 dollars it was like she knew haha😂😂. Anyways Jocelyn was the best she was so sweet when taking my order I will definitely be going back.

I watch an employee walk out the restroom, come back to work and began making my food without gloves. When I asked him to wash his hands or wear gloves he told me there was a sign in the restroom stating he haed to wash his hand before coming back to work as if that was supposed make up for him making my food with this bare unwashed hands. This is disgusting.

They don’t allow paying customers to use the restroom. I expressed to the girl I was feeling a bit nauseated, and when asking her to unlock the door, was met with a cold “No.” This place has two restrooms, neither of them are available to use.

I honestly don’t understand the reviews mentioning the staff being friendly. I get that I’m a foreigner and it was my first time visiting this place, but even when I asked simple, polite questions about what they offered, the responses were far from welcoming. The atmosphere felt dark and discouraging while I was just trying to figure out what to order. Not to mention there were no smiles, no “good morning” , they barely look at you …. just unfriendly faces and a cold attitude. The avocado toast and smoothie was OK but for the way I felt I would never recommend it.

Ana is the best! She’s always so welcoming and kind every time I stop by. She’s super helpful when it comes to recommending new smoothies or answering any questions, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. It’s rare to find someone who’s not just doing their job but actually making the experience enjoyable. Smoothie King is lucky to have her!

Ana is amazing! Every time I come into Smoothie King, she’s always friendly, patient, and has such a positive vibe that it honestly makes my day better. She takes the time to explain the different smoothies and helps me figure out what’s best for me, especially when I’m indecisive (which is almost always). You can tell she really cares about giving great service and making sure people leave happy. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!
