I placed an online order 40 mins ago with a 15-20 min wait time. I've been in line for 20 mins and told the speaker I was here to pick up a mobile order. I'm now watching them make my order now. No point in ordering ahead. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ive also been twice recently during open hours to find no one in the store or told to come back because something was wrong. This is the slowest store location I've been to and will no longer visit this one.

Workers cant read. They don’t know the difference between 32oz or 20oz. Open your eyes and look at the instructions. Also the activator blueberry strawberry tastes like crap. Or i bet it would usually taste fine but the people working there cant mix fruit well either.

Every time I come here the systems are down and they make the customers wait 30 to 40 minutes and when I asked them why ,I got no answer they told me to go just to go to another location. They’re extremely rude and unprofessional . It happened so often now I have to call ahead to make sure they’re Systems are working for customer service ridiculous all I want is a smoothie and there aren’t any smoothies places like that near me. I’m visiting from out of state so I don’t know where May around to much So rude, they should be fired.

Went 15 min ago ordered a metabolism boost, online and it tastes like something was expired. Tried calling but nobody is answering.
Store location opens at 7am and it was 7:30am before I pulled off and no one was there open this location and I had been there since 6:59am.

I love driving across town after my work out for a kale smoothie only to be told this location is out of all veggies. The service here is always terrible and they are always out of half of everything to make your smoothie.

2nd location I have been to just today and could not order. This is super frustrating! The other one was in Rowlett, and they didn't have strawberry's. This one, their systems are down, and the lady was rude about it. This location looks run down and my son didn't even think it was open any longer, design in the drive through doesn't even have all the information for the menu.So you can't even see everything they offer.
