Ordered a smoothie on the app for pick-up. Pretty simple. Strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, coconut water, and protein. I told the young lady at the window that I was picking up a mobile-order, she proceeded to tell me that she was out of the ingredients. Me being naive, told her that it was okay, I told her to make it with the ingredients she DID HAVE. She then told me that she had none that my drink required... STRAWBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, ALMOND MILK, COCONUT WATER, AND PROTIEN. I then asked her where I could go instead or how she could help me. She proceeded to pour a mystery drink from the blender and hand it to me. Call me crazy but it taste like strawberries...

This smoothie king is just TERRIBLE, Please don’t waste your time. The service here is awful, The staff inside are unhygienic, and I’ve come several times because it’s the closest place to my work. There isn’t a single day when these women aren’t in a bad mood, taking out their frustrations on customers. It’s a horrible experience please, don’t come to this store.

This is the worst location you can ever come to. I will starve before I come back to this location. I don’t look like they put gloves on their hands when they make your toes. It’s just looks very disgusting. and don’t let me start with the delivery services that I was supposed to get When I when they picked up my order about three days ago they never brought my toast and I spent $30 for the order. Please come here with caution. They need a whole new management system they need everything new here.

They are not cleaning out the blenders after every smoothie I order a strawberry and it tasted like papaya and chocolate. That’s not good. they are out of dress code and are very rude a clear sign or poor management. They do what they want here.

The drink I got was good but the service was aweful! The girl that was working the morning shift today really needs help with customer service. She was rude and then when she gave me the drink I went to tell her to have a good day and she slammed the window before I could even finish. Mind you, I was never rude to her or anything, you can just tell she hates her job….do better, no one wants to start their day with someone being nasty to them.

I have been to this location twice now and never again. Both times we received the same same service by the same woman she immediately has an attitude “order now” as the first thing said “that’s it” after each item ordered “go to the window” just super rude I can understand having a bad day especially if there’s a line but both times we were the only car and still tried to be polite. Also never offered receipts. Do not go to this location unless you want someone to yell at you. Times there Saturday 9/7/25 (not sure what time) and Sunday 9/8/25 at 6pm

Came today on August 23rd at 1:05; got in line; waited for 5 cars; when I got to the front to get my drink they asked me “what did you order” and then proceeded to take 10 more minutes to make my drink.
Forcing me in line for over 20 minutes; they appeared to notice I was upset and proceeded to make the customers behind me drinks before mine.
This place has absolutely horrible employees: there’s one lady in the mornings that is great but she was wasn’t here today.
I got here at 1:05; it’s now 1:36; I do not have a drink still. Please review the employees at this time to see what they were doing; and please contact me for some sort of free drink coupon as this is ridiculous.
