Have been to this location 4-5 times in the last month, thought it was a fluke a couple visits back when my med. Greek yogurt, Pineapple Mango smoothie was watered down and tasteless. I also go to a location in Irving on MacArthur near 114, have not had this issue there.Anyway, gave MBL location another try this morning, again, same smoothie, watered down, tasteless and full of air. Like it had been blended for days. Are they trying to save money and using half the ingredients? Are they leaving on the blender too long so it gets pumped full of air?I don't know, but when I pay $10.00 for a smoothie & have to throw half of it away, well that makes me angry. And for this to happen twice in 3 visits is a little odd!! This is the only smoothie I ever order, never waver, I know what it is supposed to taste like. And when it is right, it is right, full of flavor & no air bubbles. Like I always get at the Irving, TX, N. MacArthur Blvd. location.So, needless to say I can't go to this location again because I like to get value for my money. This has to be happening to someone else, which is not good.

I drove 25 min to this place on easter because they were open once i get here the employees hide turn off the lights to make it seem noone is there so unprofessional.

Would not recommend, I went with my family to get a smoothie obviously. We had gone thru the drive thru and they completely ignored us so we then went to the door and knocked to which then they looked at us ,side-eyed us then went along with their business completely ignoring us. We knocked on their door trying to get their attention but they would even do anything like tell us if they were closed or not even though we got there 8:45 before 9:00 ( the time they close ) they acted as if they were closed and turned off the lights at 8:58.

I stopped by to purchase a smoothie at 8:33 today and the lobby was already closed. I knocked on the door and the associate had an attitude when I asked to come in. I wanted to buy a smoothie and use the bathroom. He asked me to use the drive thru to order my smoothie. He was very unprofessional, but did make my drink. They seem to want to close their doors earlier than advertised.

Just picked up my drive through order (which I waited 20 minutes for, got to the window just for them to have got it completely wrong (turns out it was someone else’s order, then made mind and as I drove off realized they got it wrong) I called them and said I just went through the drive through and my order was wrong, she asked if I was still there or if I left then hung up… why even bother answering the phone and talking to me if ur gonna hang up in my face :) you could’ve added the peanut butter and I would’ve been on my way.

Terrible. I pulled up to the drive through this morning and said hello on the speaker several times. No response. I pulled up to the window and once I saw a girl and said good morning…asked if the speaker was broken. Instead of greeting me as a customer a black girl with glasses and a hood on her head says “yeah we didn’t answer you because we were taking other orders for inside”. There was only one car parked outside and mine was the only one in the drive thru. I told her they should let customers know to “hold on instead of not answering them. There was a moment of silence as her another girl with long nails just stood there looking at me. She then asked was I going to order. I pulled off. No customer service, no people skills and those are people you don’t trust with your food. Went to the one on Lover’s Lane.

Ordered a smoothie online and when I got there the store did not have staff to serve the order at 8am. Lost $7.03. Beware.

Staff is friendly. However, I've been to this location twice and they do not give you the Gladiator protein you ordered. They make significantly more (which I assume they keep for themselves) which dilutes the amount of protein you're suppose to get. Thus, my 20oz gladiator smoothie tastes more like an icey.

Who knows about any of this? They would actually need to be operating within the hours they post....but nope. They are NOT open at 6:30am. Just pass

I wish there was a 0 star rating. Every time I’ve come in the morning at 7am. Nobody is here when the store is suppose to be open @6:30. Saw the girl show up late to open the store & still waiting in the drive through for 10Minutes with no greeting at all. All the lights are still shut off as if it’s still closed
