Dropping to 4 stars due to the elimination of the loyalty points program and the clerk's "masks are big brother scamdemic" commentary. Let's stay focused.

Healthy and Convenient!

First visit to the store today and would give Haley the highest star rating possible! She went above the call of duty spending a lot of time assisting me with a new Paleo food program that I am about to start. Thank you, Haley! Snap should consider doubling your pay!

I went in snap kitchen for the first time. Haley was so so nice. Answered all my question. So knowledgeable! She must be a huge asset to the store and company! Will be going back! 100 stars for Haley.

Great place to find prepped meals! High quality of food and great for people with food allergies. The staff is great and always friendly! The food is fresh and they stand behind its quality. Definitely give them a shot!

I went out looking for a healthy dinner and Snap Kitchen was better than what I expected.

First time customer! Walking in, it's super spacious, clean, open, and colorful. Woman at the front greeted me and I went straight for the refrigerated meals. My husband said positive things about the food bc he forgot a lunch and decided to order Snap Kitchen. I purchased the teriyaki chicken for myself and the naked beef for my hubs. Smell of the chicken was alright. As someone w/ Asian heritage, seeing this didn't put me off bc this is like a health store. Nonetheless, good & I did feel full afterwards. I think going into places like these, you have to remember it isn't a restaurant. It's for those that are definitely on the go, have no time to cook, or maybe for those that can't cook and want some healthy alternatives. I think the prices are fine. For someone that cooks often, this was a great place for healthy and nutritious food.

So this review is for the female working the register today. I just left this snap kitchen and I will think hard before going back to this location. The lack of friendliness from this girl was infuriating. No hello, no smile...nothing. I guess me coming to the register to purchase my food interrupted her eating. I mean very short with a scowl on her face. Smile darling it improves your face value! There were two females working this am, but this review is for the black female working the register. I'm not sure why she was so unfriendly but geez her attitude leaves a horrible taste in your mouth considering you are coming in purchasing not cheap food. I may just drive to Richardson...hopefully they are nicer!

Great food. Healthy and easy to store and reheat. Been a customer for two years. Had to stop being a customer today though. Went in store to stock up and they would not honor discount code they emailed me. No budging even though the discount was clearly advertised. Shopping should be easy and honest. Not at Snap Kitchen.

I love the convenience and plethora of options you have when picking up meals or snacks from Snap Kitchen. Every encounter with the staff is always great. Most important the food itself is delicious. I highly recommend if your looking for quick healthy lunch.

Healthy, affordable, and probably faster than most fast food places -- walk in, choose your dishes, pay and walk out. Plenty of selection, detailed ingredients and macro lists, and friendly staff.

Very kind and courteous staff! Though I regretfully forgot to ask for her name, the woman working at the front was very happy to assist me and answer all of my questions. Not only that, both times that I went, she helped me to feel like I was getting the best deal possible and made sure to help me select the freshest food.
