Very disappointed in the trust that Snappy puts in for Door Dash drivers. Ordered today and food never came! Called support and they offered no resolution, told me I would have to re order and pay again. Very upsetting.

I've ate here several times since it's convenient and close to my work. The food I've had has always been good. My favorite is the gogo steak wrap and the baja shrimp wrap. I also like their sweet potatoe chips. Sometimes I just go to get those. I usually do pickup and service has been good.

Not typically a 'salad' person but went at the recommendation from the office I was visiting. Have to say pleasantly surprised, was actually pretty good and filling. Busy place with what I assume are regulars in a hurry. I was the slow poke holding up the "snappy" flow but plenty of patience and got me taken care of. Will definitely add to the lunch rotations.

Here at this snappy salads I have ALWAYS received excellent service from all the employees. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Establishment is always so clean and organized. Gets really busy during lunch hours but the staff manages everything so well that you’re never stuck waiting for too long. The manager Paty is such a sweet person she manages her staff and restaurant very well it is obvious. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and will continue to do so! 5 stars all around. Will always recommend to anyone.

I really used to to love eating salads from here. However, I just ordered the steak salad and was pretty shocked at how skimpy the portion size of the protein was—1.14 oz.I don’t know if this was a mistake, whether they were low on steak or what, but $15 for 1.14 of beef and a little bit of dressing and some lettuce and a couple cherry tomatoes? I’m sorry, but no. I’ll just start bringing my own salad.

Really hate I had to write a review for this location.. but I've been eating snappy for the last 3 months str8 the locations in Irving and also Plano... haven't had no problems.. food real good that's why I keep coming back.. but today I decided to go to the one by my house which is downtown off of hardwood.. I know its a busy location b/c of work.. but i felt rushed.. got a chicken salad and there was 3 pieces of cut up chicken and it wasn't freshly dropped..... also i got a chicken wrap for lunch and i am eating it now.. no chicken.. more tomato's then chicken like the wrap is empty idk.. I felt like I wasted my money.
I love the food, service and the location. I visit daily for lunch. It is a in and out and back without being late.

I was craving a good salad, so I came here today to try this place out. First time, I got excited when I seen all the fresh vegetables options. I ended up ordering the grilled avocado salad and added grilled chicken. The First Lady to assist me was patient with me and helpful. The Second Lady tossing the salad and adding meat had a bad attitude and was rushing me. I checked my salad before I left because I didn't see her add the grilled avocado which is what I ordered and it wasn't there. There was not a rush so I couldn't understand why she was so angry, and forgot to add the key ingredients to my salad. The First Lady that has Great customer service helped me and added my grilled avocado and tomatoes to my salad. My salad was pretty tasty! I wish the service would have been better towards the end of my visit. Working in the service industry requires implementing great customer service. I hope she will do better with treating every customer like it's their first time.

Our office usually orders delivery from here after I introduced them to this place. On two back to back orders the first one they forgot an item. I called and they apologized and said they’d refund half the order I told them we just really wanted the item delivered . I had to keep calling and email after about 10 days for them to follow through with the refund. They refunded the one item. Fair enough, we weren’t looking for freebies.Despite that, we still ordered the next week. All the items were delivered but the greens in the wraps were rotting. We ended up tossing the food.I’ll find a new place for the office.
