Snappy Salads NorthPark Center

I ordered for a chipotle chicken wrap and I told specifically that only chicken item to add into it. But they added Bacon(pork) into that and after having a bite came to know that they added Bacon, when I raised concern they replied that I need to mention that not to add Bacon. I don’t know what that sense as I already mentioned only chicken..Stupid things … and they made me to eat Bacon .. yakkkkk ?

Ummm this salad place is bad, I ordered a taco salad. It was barely anything in it, you know how you usually have a huge taco bowl shell and then you put all the ingredients inside, meet, tomatoes cheese, lettuce ect. That plastic bowl was so small and I had about 10 disfigured chips. I had to go eat something after I ate with a church sister. Now that's bad. The pictures on the website are false advertising. Nothing like a taco salad. Never going their again. By the way, isn't there a one that's not in a mall. ??

The food is super fresh and delicious. All the food was professionally prepared and stored. The manager miriam was so helpful and gave the BEST service. Seriously 100/10 highly recommend

They suppose to open up at 10 it's 10 :20 I'm still waiting on them to open. They were standing around talking no urgency at all. I made a special trip here because there's not one on my side of town.

$16 for a bowl of salmonella and bad service. Ladies behind the counter are rude and the chicken in the Cobb is practically raw. Luckily I noticed the chicken before I ate too much of it.

grilled avocado salad is the bomb! This is my spot for lunch. Fast service also which I like the manager Mirian is always friendly and professional

Food tasted good, they were pretty rude though. I was the only one in line and they seemed bothered that I came to order food. Also, took a minute before getting acknowledged.

I had the Cobb Salad this past Sunday. This was my first time trying Snappy Salads and I was so excited because my husband raves about how good the salads are at the Preston location. I was a little concerned because there was a lot of cross contamination (tomatoes in the eggs…) but I went ahead and ate my salad. I should’ve listened to my gut, I’ve had food poisoning now for two days. While the salad was great, it wasn’t worth this.

Salad and it's ingredients tasted old. Also. The serving size is very small. The bowls are designed to look like you're getting an actual salad. Not a very customer friendly practice.

I ordered an Caesar salad for delivery and got an ENTIRE salad with no Salad dressing. No answers from the store and no way to speak to anyone. I am very disappointed,

While their salads are delicious, I have to dock a couple stars: one for never bothering with removing inedible stems, and one for getting the cheese wrong for my chicken BYO salad today, so they had to do it over!

Tried this place for the first time today while shopping at North Park. Had the grilled avocado salad. It was really good. I didn't add chicken. The staff was very nice and friendly. They were working so fast to get everyone's salad perfect. Great customer service!
