Not only was the customer service the worst I've ever been to I was scared to order. It was like the young black lady was in the back sleep she came looking sleep and we asked was she sleep jokingly she said no what's your order..... she didn't crack one smile. Then my hubby paid almost $8 or whatever for the XL and it wasn't topped off this was like kool aid juice we were given idk if the ice machine isn't any good anymore or if she don't know what she's doing but look at the big chunk of hard ice that was in the middle of mine...I know she seen this ish!!! She don't care about this job, the customers or what she serve it's like she's sabotaging this company. I've had this before and it's never been this bad. I'll never go back

Very rude tonight! The girl at the window kept being argumentative with everybody in line. She was accusing us of being other people. She even questioned why didn’t I bring my son to the window and my son is was no where around! I waited 15 minutes for a small snow cone while watching them eat burgers and fries in the back! Please do better in our neighborhood! You guys have the best in the area. Do not run the business away!
