This place was such a vibe! We loved it here. Outdoor seating with music playing. The water ice and the gelati were soooo good! Flavor is amazing. And customer service is 10/10! Edward was fantastic - I explained to him that it was my first time and he explained every single thing on the menu to me so I could choose what I wanted. He was super patient with me and told me everything I needed to know. Will definitely be back here regularly.

Owner Jay and his cousin Edward are offering something special with So Icy— so refreshing! I got a swirl of strawberry lemonade and mango and was happy to see how natural the colors and flavors are. Not overly sweet and full of fake food coloring the way treats like this often are. I would feel much more comfortable offering this to kids as it’s still fun! :)

This was our first time trying water ice, and oooh my gosh, what an experience!! We purposefully didn’t order dessert after dinner just so we could try this place out! The customer service was outstanding. The employee was so sweet. She offered to let us sample flavors before ordering. I got a small Tropical Rainbow and Passion Fruit, and topped mine with sour watermelon gummies. My husband ordered Strawberry Lemonade and topped his with créeme. It. Was. Delicious!! It was so flavorful and the consistency of it was perfect! I don’t know how the do it- loaded with flavor but still so light and refreshing!! They have outside tables and benches available for seating and it’s decorated with string lights that are lit up at night and it just really makes for the perfect ambiance. I cannot believe that this place is just hiding in a corner of a parking lot at Trinity Groves! Definitely a must try if you’re ever in the area! We will definitely be back, and will be recommending this place to everyone we know!
I will add- I did win a date night giveaway with them and it was seriously the most perfect night. Because of them, it brought me and my husband down to an area we most likely wouldn’t have picked for date night (only because it’s a little far for us and we have two littles at home), and we got to try out and experience some new restaurants and a fun arcade, all while being transported to and from in style! We’re so thankful for So Icy for the ultimate date night!

Scheduled them for an event and confirmed 4 days in advance. Day of the event they did not show up and only after I sent a worded email a hour after the event had started, did they contact me claiming they had a “flat tire” that morning. No one called or emailed, they just didn’t show and the event was already half way over at that point. Very disappointed and would not recommend, as they are not a reliable business.

I appreciated the customer service here. The guy let me sample multiple flavors and made suggestions based on the types of flavors I wanted. I thought the pricing was appropriate. I’d never had water ice before, it has a creamier texture than shaved ice—super refreshing!

Highly recommend their ice - we combined Pineapple and Mango and added tajin and chamoy toppings for a mangonada-esque treat! So good! We also tried the Tropical Rainbow flavor and that was really delicious too. Other things we enjoyed as a group were their spicy snacks and nachos, ice cream cones, and gelati!!
