Views are great but we got 2 shots and a margarita and it was 60! Each shot of patron was $17. They include tip on top of it. Not worth it. We went friday evening around 10pm and were the only ones here and I know why.

Buyer beware. In the bar on the roof, they charge an automatic 20% gratuity and do so very sneakily. In addition, since you aren’t aware that they are including the tip, they ask for an optional tip on top of the total.

I only go on weekday nights for dinner. The food and drinks are good, and it is pretty chill with one of the best views of Downtown Dallas. The weekends turn into a party with a DJ. Never been on the weekend, not my idea of a good time. Others obviously enjoy it as there are plenty of people having a good time.

This place has terrible food. If you are going here for drinks then probably it is okay but the food here is awful. We ordered several different things, they all came out cold and literally felt like they were stale. Also the service here is pretty bad as well. There are no servers and they are clearly understaffed.

We arrived at sunset to take some pictures and were just blown away by how gorgeous the place was! We ordered champagne ice cream drinks, one mimosa and one sangria. Gorgeous fireplace, being able to relax with our feet in the infinity pool! We have already shared with many friends so they can enjoy the same gorgeous views we did!

Nice setting on the rooftop. A little quiet for the evening, but again weather permitting. Fun to people watch and my server was very attentive and gave me hot spots on where to go while visiting!

I actually enjoyed the hotel was very nice. I would recommend to add value to your pool table, accessories, chalk, pool sticks, and not to be so rigid with your rules with guess who are not being unruly while in the lobby hanging out with friends overall, it was a very nice experience. You are a valet I would recommend to upgrade the Process of taking tickets just my suggestion recommendation

The views were amazing, got here around 8 on a Saturday night and there were A LOT of seats open, as the night progressed it got very full. Get here early if you want a place to sit. There is an infinity pool but I believe it’s only until 6pm? Food was not great. Would come back for the drinks and views!
We booked this hotel because of the stellar pictures on the website. We were super excited for the rooftop pool but were very disappointed when the pool closed at 8pm. We were told that a DJ was setting up and while the deck and bar areas would be open until 2am, the pool would be closed for the night. The room was very nice and well lit, although the slidi barn style doors on the bathroom was a little off-putting as there is no real seal when closed.The beds were comfortable and the service was excellent. Over all, we will not be returning.

The blankets at the hotel are paper towel quality, the shower has absolutely no water pressure, the rooms are designed poorly so they stay really cold & everyone got sick. It was disclosed AFTER we arrived that they would put a $200 hold on the booking card and after we arrived that the pool was under construction. The food is not fantastic, or at least it was not this week. The coffee is horrendous, but the people were okay. The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE, no one in Dallas can park correctly. The pool is tiny compared to how they depicted it on the website and anyone can use it so it gets too crowded to use. The hotel is decorated straight from Amazon, it’s completely overpriced, the location is just convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Canvas Hotel. Everything from the decor to the food was top notch. During the second day, the room leaked water from the ceiling in multiple spots, but the staff was able to move us to another room without any issues. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and plan to stay there in the future.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for July 4th. They let us check in early so we headed straight to the pool. Environment was great at the pool and pool bar. The onyl suggestion would be to get more help at the bar. The bartenders were AMAZING, but I felt like if they had a server or two they could have done alot better. However I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a drink, but i think if they had a server working the pool they would have done better. We had an amazing time at the pool and will definitly be coming back. The rooms are very modern and cozy.

I ultimately booked for the amenities and the location. The staff were very friendly, very nice lobby restaurant. The pool was much smaller and harder to accommodate activity more than a few guests. The walls are not very insulated and not quite a family focus location. so keep in mind.
