I've eaten at this Sonic several times before last night, and enjoyed it. Last night, I had a food two stars, service zero stars experience. A timeline can best describe my experience last night: 7:05: Ordered a burger and large rings 7:11: Handed a bag with burger and large fries. I remarked that I ordered rings, not fries, and the lady took my bag and told me to wait at the counter for the rings. 7:18: I watched the kitchen put my rings in the ready bin, in a separate bag. 7:20: I let the counter know that my rings were up, and she handed them to me. I asked for my burger back, and she explained that she needed to wait for the kitchen to take the fries out of the original burger bag, snatched form me (at that time) 10 minutes ago when I reported an error with my order. 7:23: I got my burger back, with the fries removed, 13 minutes colder than they were when originally delivered, and three minute old rings, given the requirement for me to wait hostage at the counter for them to fix the original error of fries in my bag, and not the rings ordered. No apology, no concession, no embarrassed glance, nothing. Every other fast food restaurant I've ever experienced a similar issue at has sent me to my table with the initial bag, and told me that they would bring me my rings when they were ready. Not here. Will anyone contact me to reach out to try to make this right? I hope so, and will update this review accordingly if that happens.

I've worked in the mall for almost 3 years now and this sonic is located in the food court. I go sometimes because the line is short however I would still expect to wait 10-15 mins for my food. The staff is never polite even with new employees. I don't know if it's the lack of good management or proper training but I would go ahead and avoid this place in the food court.

In all honesty, I get that we can’t really hear what the other person is saying over the mask but how can you mess up an order of large fries and give me a large coke ? Then when I said I ordered fries not a coke, this short guy with glasses and colored hair gives me the rudest tone saying “well You said a large coke”. Then still charged me for the fries.

Honestly horrible and rude employees. No greetings or thank you of any sort. They only told me my total for my order. That was it. Absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves.
