So we wanted the smasher combos but the guy said we can’t get it in combo we had to get the sandwich by itself and then pay for the tater tots and onion rings and drink separate and then as we’re sitting here we see the smasher come across the screen and sure enough it says the combo is a dollar more the tater tots are old and the onion rings are old. The onion rings are so hard. I’m afraid I’m gonna break my tooth.

Complete Waste of Time Absolutely terrible experience at Sonic. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to get three drinks-and when they finally handed them to me, they were all completely melted. No ice, no chill, just watered-down messes that tasted like they'd been sitting out forever.
No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just handed me the drinks like everything was fine after making me wait half an hour for what should've taken five minutes. If this is the kind of service Sonic thinks is acceptable, they've definitely lost my business.
My cookie dough blast was just a cup of ice cream with a scoop of cookie dough on top 😐.. unmixed/ unblended. And what happened to happy hour? I was told by an employee that happy hour doesn't apply to ice cream/ slushie drinks anymore ? Who's going to sonic happy hour for just a cup of ice with little drink 😐 1 big boom 💥

This Sonic is the worst! The workers are rude and have no sense of urgency. There was one car in front of me in the drive through. I sat at the speaker for 7 minutes before anyone asked if they could take my order. Then I asked for pickle tator tots with my order. The guy replied, “What.” I repeated it again. Then he said, “Do you want a BLT?” I replied no and repeated my order again. Then there was no response. I wanted at the speaker and said hello hello. Still no response. I pulled forward and waited for 5 minutes, no one ever came out. I see why only one car was in the drive thru and 2 cars parked. I will not return to this location no time soon.

Everytime I come here the food is disgusting. Came once for breakfast and ordered the ultimate burrito. All I could taste was onion. No meat or cheese. Another time I came just for drinks and they took awhile and the drink wasn’t flavored right. I traded it out for a Vanilla Coke and it still wasn’t good. Today I ordered a wrap and 1 slush and 1 water. They took 10 mins and my chicken wrap had old refried hard chicken in it. Only thing good from here is the staff is friendly.

Was the first car in the drive thru, ordered and pulled around. Unfortunately no food was brought out and no worker ever came out, I waited for what took the next 25 minutes and still no food or any worker came out. Cars piled up behind me. When a work finally did come outside, she gave food to a car who had just pulled up on the other side and went back in after they drove off. We saw and heard the workers through the glass laughing and talking having a great time while we all outside waiting for food. I drove off after getting tired of waiting
