Put in an order for four sonic blast. Took them thirty for someone to come out and tell me they ran out of tea. I didn’t order tea. I had to check in with them again about my order. They brought out three of the four. Whoever brought it out and questioned my order. I told them it’s an app order and they can see it’s four sonic blast. It took them another ten minutes to make the last one. I didn’t even try it there cause I was tired being with my three kids asking for their ice cream. My cheesecake shake was warm and it had a disgusting taste. I noticed it once I arrived home. I highly recommend not to go to this sonic location. Bad services and horrible food. Worst experience I’ve had with them in the past thirty years.

I had the worst experience here. I go to dine in with my family and the employee sends me to the drive thru.... The other employee in the drive thru would not be patient with my order and refuse to take my order when I corrected him with my order. Sonic do better with your employees.

Went and sat there for 20 minutes after I was told to hold on before my order could be taken. Blew my horn and was told just because I blew my horn it wasn't going to make them take my order any sooner. Multiple people drove off with o food or any explanation of what the problem was. No manager on site to talk to. This is not the first time this has happened at this location
