When I arrived at the store today 9/20/23 around 7:30 pm there were about 3 to 4 cars in the stalls. I pushed the red button and waited a few minutes and no one attended me. I said ok maybe the button isn’t working so I went to DT. I was in DT for over 10 minutes and again, no one answered or asked me to please wait. I went back around to the front and an employee walked out. I asked her if the DT was not working or taking orders and she said it was. I got back to the DT again and wait 5 minutes. I then call the store and a guy answered. He said they had too many orders so I had to wait before they could take my order. They could of at least greeted me and asked to wait but they never did. I then waited another 10 minutes and again no one ever took my order on the DT. I called the store twice again and this time they didn’t answer. This was just horrible customer service. Will never return to this location.

I thought that Sonic sold real ice cream. I ordered 2 vanilla dishes. They were made to perfection by a sweet young lady but it didn’t taste like before.
