This particular location is the location I'm recommending. I like Wendy's and Braums burgers most of the time. Wanted something different. I had the Sonic smash burger. No special sauce. It was close to the best smash burger I've had. A bit messy but very very good. If you want a smash style burger without the fancy extra money places charge. You should try Sonic. Yeah I was surprised myself. Don't forget Sonic doesn't use anything but basic seasoning. It works

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at this location on 6/26/25 Your store was promoting a strawberry drink with a cherry on top with ice, which I ordered along with a pretzel and cream cheese. However, upon reaching the window, I was informed that you were out of cream cheese, after I had already paid for my order.
To make matters worse, none of the team leaders or cashiers seemed to be aware of the promotion you were running. I received the wrong drink and, despite showing them a picture of the promotion on your screen, no one could assist me. I then had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for ketchup, during which the employee ignored me and instead went outside to assist the person behind me.
This level of service was unacceptable. I arrived at 11:25 PM, and I urge you to review your security cameras to verify my account. This location has consistently provided poor service for years, and it's the reason I rarely visit Sonic. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and provide additional training to your staff to improve the customer experience.

Apparently their shake machine doesn't work and the shakes are runny which is gross honestly but then they made a new one and it came kinda the same. Except the 1st worker there made the place a bad experience. The manager was friendly.
This Sonic has good customer service. I've always gotten a nice person in the drive thru. They always say thank you. I give this location 5 stars

Dirty give you old food and all of the workers are disgruntle and have very bad attitudes don't even try to hide it it's like there mad at you for coming to their place of work to buy food like it's meant to be it's just a lot of mean people serving old food and I'm sure they drop food on the floor etc

Dirty, won't honor drink deal on posted banner. Was overcharged and then the food was at least a couple of hours old. Into the trash it went. Good luck ordering fresh hot food and paying what you ask for at this location.
