this is the closest sonic to me so I come to this one often out of convenience but have yet to have an experience where Iām waiting less than 10 minutes (I mobile order ahead of time) I waited 19 minutes for a single regular coke last night & have had similar experiences just as bad. Not to mention all but 2 employees have horrible attitudes. go to a different sonic honestly

Drive Thru employee was awesome & helpful after ordering two drinks decided to to order food, but couldn't get anyone to answer the drive thru call box, so when I got to the window I asked if they would add my food item & he had no problem with adding it to the order.

This location is so slow. Ordered a pick up and waited 25 minutes on it. Called and they said someone picked up my order and I placed it through the app.... they need to get it together. 2 people have been through the drive thru. How hard is it to make some chicken, fries and an iced coffee.

I have been going there daily for past 2 yrs. I buy bags of ice. Last night the condiments for pretzel & mozzarella sticks werenāt included nor did they ask. When I drove back late last night the guy who previously waited on me laughed in my face and walked off. Then a female older lady lectured me & refused to stop going off, nor give me headquarters number. I will be reporting this location. Do not order ANY burger they are beyond disgusting dripping in sauce and soggy every single time. The are now so slow expect a long wait time.

Service is a joke. Took over 25 minutes until my 3 pieces order came even though it was almost empty. Plus, they forgot all the condiments I ordered. Pressing the button on the screen will be completely ignored so donāt even bother to try. They were very rude and couldnāt care less when I asked for the missing items in person at the door.
