They have so many people that don't understand basic English... if I said a #9 meal with an additional sandwich why did I only have 2 sandwiches in my bag no tater tots.... . I've been going to this location for over 15 years and the last 4 yrs it's been horrible

Ordered 2 foot long coney combos w/fries & tots. The tots tasted old & the rest of the food was cold! ?? Can't understand why fast food employees serve food that has been sitting around getting cold when I'm sure they wouldn't want to be served the same!!!

I was at stall 8 around 545 pm monday dec 4th 2023i overheard the lady in stall 7 being very rude to the carhop and she didnt want to give her credit card to the carhop the carhop remained nice and professional and explained some of the stalls credit card machine's are have tech issues and Appologized for the inconvenience and this rude lady( The customer )rolled down her window and told me im gonna make her lose her job because she asked for the payment and didnt do it at the stall ..i said why ??its not her fault..!!!!she says cause i can.. im a veteran..i wasLike omg !!!thats mean !!!she said oh well im not from here and i Dont care!!and the owner or manager needs to know this cause that carhop is super nice she never asks for nothing but for the customers to come on back to that location some people are so miserable that they get good people in trouble take heed of this lady her name i Dont know but she was really rude to the carhop and she is lying if she says anything bad about the carhop ill testify if i have to fyi i have always loved this location and that older lady carhop is sweet as can be..

They can never get the order right when you’re trying to order. Have to repeat yourself several times or just take the incorrect order.

They never get your order right and get mad at you when you ask for it to be fixed or get what's missing. I paid for a large 32oz cheesecake master shake the girl brought me a medium 20oz shake and when I told her I had paid for a large she looked at me and told me they were out of large cups with a attitude and when I confirmed that's what she said she had just rolled her eyes And said there was nothing she could do about it not even compensate the difference in prices so I walked to the doors and asked for a manager who went inside And made it in a large for me but still acted rude like it ead my fault the employee made the wrong size then lied to me . Most recently I asked for a strawberry limeade and footling coney with pickle fries and got a strawberry and cherry sprite which isn't that bad but not what I wanted got regular size chili cheese dog and regular french fries. I will not return here and nobody that I work with wants to either with how horrible it is. They lost our business we will opt to go anywhere else for lunch so we will get what we order without a attitude

Went to happy hour on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:45pm. Parked and ordered on the app. Had correct, hot and tasty food and drink within 10 minutes. I believe this location has made some improvements, compared to earlier reviews.

I used to frequent this sonic 3-4 times a week after work and previously gave a 5 star review. It has recently gone majorly downhill, taking an incredibly long time. Today, I ordered ahead and I still waited 40 minutes at sonic before I ended up having to drive away so I could pick up my kids on time. I’m hoping I can get a refund since I most definitely didn’t think I’d have to wait close to an hour for a drink and a small snack. So ridiculous.

If i could give a zero i would. Got yelled at and stared down by the drive thru person because i asked for my change (.11c). She just assumed i didn't want it, was annoyed when i asked for it, and still gave me the wrong amount. I let her know it was still wrong and she yelled at me as i drove away.

Bless their hearts! Short-staffed today, so only drive-through. The cashier was taking orders, coming outside to deliver and take payment from some customers in the long drive-through line, and running back to cashier's window to take care of some of us too! SHE DESERVES A BIG RAISE!!The ranch dressing for the peppers WAS NOT Ranch. It was mayo it tasted like. Tasted like mayo that pickle relish would have made it into tartar sauce. I want REAL ranch dressing like it used to be!!! Poppers and cherry lime made were normal delicious!
