Understaffed and underpaid you can definitely see the attitude in the server. The APP crashes a lot and doesn't enter the order correctly, so you have to make sure constantly that it is correct and that the location has changed.
Went to pick up an order. My order was given to another customer. Waiting over 30 minutes, watch customers come and go. My order was never brought out. I watched two people walk up order, eat ice cream and a footlong, and my order was still not brought out.3.4 on GrubHub Thanks to car hop whom tried to help. Wasn't his fault.
I had a great experience this morning at this Sonic. I just wanted to say the carhop Dederian was very polite and professional EVEN though he was running around back and forth. He took my order, brought my food and wouldn’t be surprised if he was back there cooking all the orders as well, he seemed super busy but still managed to stay polite and professional. Management needs to hold on to employees like this person because THEY are what keeps people coming back to their establishment.
