I had a great experience this morning at this Sonic. I just wanted to say the carhop Dederian was very polite and professional EVEN though he was running around back and forth. He took my order, brought my food and wouldn’t be surprised if he was back there cooking all the orders as well, he seemed super busy but still managed to stay polite and professional. Management needs to hold on to employees like this person because THEY are what keeps people coming back to their establishment.

Understaffed and underpaid you can definitely see the attitude in the server. The APP crashes a lot and doesn't enter the order correctly, so you have to make sure constantly that it is correct and that the location has changed.

Was nice to give you half your order correctly but tha rest was either over or under cooked also just wanted a cheeseburger meal with fries and cheese sticks but couldn’t even get that right never gave tha right sauce it was like they just didn’t care this place was only a show thing till you get your food and drive off wouldn’t recommend them at alllll!!!
