I’ve eaten here a few times in the past week or so. Usually it was a typical fast food experience. A few days ago I received fries so hard I couldn’t put my fork through it and a wrap contaminated with bugs. Management is very lackluster about the situation and corporate is just passing the blame to the store. Still haven’t received a refund only a voucher to replace the food, as if I would eat there again. Disappointed because it was close and convenient but I’d rather not eat bugs and who knows what else.

20 mins to get burger. Then press button again and magically it’s ready. Service has been bad multiple times and the time it takes to get anything is unbelievable here. Be better.

I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to answer the speaker box at the stall. I started placing my order online and submitted it by the time someone answered.

Literally the worst sonic I’ve been to ever !!!! Besides the 20min you have to wait to get your food. The food is old and undercooked. The worst experience ever.

I ordered a vanilla dish and was told it’s policy that they only fill it up 3/4 of the cup yet they put a whole higher top on the cup so my cup is about missing ice cream lady was rude didn’t even wanna fix the problem, at this point EVERYBODY is better off going to QUICK TRIP GAS STATION for ice cream!! At least they top off the whole entire cup for the SAME PRICE!!!
