The atmosphere of the place is Bland like every Sonic in existence. Honestly the service here is not very good. I've had worse but this is still on the low quality scale but the food is always pretty dang good can't complain there.

Don't go here... Worst sonic I've ever been to. I used to love sonic before moving to the area, now everytime i go there my order is messed up and the items i do get taste terrible. I went there just to get French toast sticks at 9:30 in the morning and I couldn't pay with cash because they didn't have change then i got my French toast sticks and asked for syrup but of course they didn't have any. Why would you serve French toast sticks go through the whole no cash thing then give them to me with no syrup... it's a bad experience everytime.

Worst drive thru experience!! They didn’t give any change back for a $20, order was $11. Had to wait to ask about it. Employee didn’t say a word when I asked about my change. Nothing. Anything such as, I’m sorry, Thank you, Have a nice day, nothing at all.

I’ve been waiting 25 minutes on my order because for one they didn’t answer me on stall 3. So I moved stalls and they still haven’t brought my order out. You can clearly see the time on the screen shot

Sent burger back twice and still wasnt right. Ordered a Jr Deluxe which is supposed to come with lettuce tomato, onion, cheese, mayo, ketchup. Got a burger with mustard only. Sent back, got the same burger with lettuce and tomato added, still only mustard. Sent back, got the same burger back, now with Mayo heavily added, mustard just scrapped off, instead of making a new burger that didn't have mustard like I asked for. Still not right and not worth my time to ask for them to make it again and it just be wrong. Why does every Sonic suck now a days??

One young lady there so rude , I usually go there everyday for happy hour since she works there she so rude this is the 3rd time that she shuts the windows walks off while trying to ask her something , I want ever go back , I would never treat anyone like that, if you don’t like your job don’t serve,oh I’m diabetic I have to test the drink to make sure it’s what I ask for just crazy bad service
One lady waited over 10 minutes for a cup of ice ahead of me I'm assuming because she was homeless they were ignoring her which in my personal opinion is utterly ridiculous houses or unhoused shouldn't matter take orders and another lady earlier in the day I saw push the button 5 times and ignored when she went to an actual stall besides walk up they told her only drive through around 8 pm 8/5/25 shortly after that people in cars were being served no problem again this lady is very sweet and never begs for anything she as well was homeless is this Sonic now in the business of refusing service if you're homeless?
