🤢🤮 horrible service coney looked like it had smoke rings sitting in water all day clearly thanks Update new visit .. just spent $24 pickle fries burnt burger taste rushed topper on shake smells like mildew smh 🤦 management brought the food out.

I stopped using this location about a year ago because all the items cooked in grease always tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Unfortunately, today was just as bad. And all my onion rings and tater tots were also overcooked, almost burnt. The location on Broadway in Garland does not have this problem.
Whoever was working this morning was extremely rude and when my mobile order was messed up blamed me for his mistake even though the order on the receipt wasn’t followed

Came to this sonic order online while sitting here during a slow period for the sonic they took 45 minutes to get me a burger and a small fry and by the time it got to me was very cold

Yall believe the reviews. I literally read them before I ordered thinking let me Just see I never ordered here before. Got 3 burgers and they were ice cold ! Idk how when I waited 20 minutes nd it was only one other car there. Sonic too pricy to have piss poor quality food. DO BETTER! Will not visit again

Extremely rude manager, essentially called me a liar when i called to inform them that an item I ordered was not in the bag. I will not be returning to this location. I used to work fast food when I was a teenager and would have been fired on the spot if I ever spoke to a customer the way I was spoken too. Very unprofessional.
My dumb ass should have never tipped them. They found the stalest hotdog bun from the back to make my hotdog. Then look how they made the hamburger and it was incorrect. This place is a joke!
Update* unfortunately, I ate that burger and threw it up later.

I had never been at Sonic before, went today for dinner time, I order combo #9 Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo... when I got home and opened it... got very dissapointed, the chicken looked more like a nugget, it was super small. I'll probably wont be coming back anytime soon. (Photos for proof)
