The food was absolutely amazing ? 5⭐️ the workers are very genuine and friendly the Manager Orlando is extremely professional kind and a man who goes the extra mile to please a customer respect is everything where I’m from and he certainly show much respect I felt like I was apart of the family when I lift this establishment. I could have stopped at 9 different places before I came to this one but I will always come back here

Not friendly at all. When I paid for my drinks and the young lady put the money in her pocket and handed me the drinks but did not give me my change or receipt back. I asked her for it and she only handed my change and I asked for my receipt and left. While leaving the parking lot I looked at my receipt and it was not my receipt. It was another person's credit card receipt and it was more that my transaction. I don't know what is going on at this location but watch your money, check your receipts. They need to be looked into for thief. This is foolishness and we wonder why we can't have nice wholesome restaurants in our areas. Not trying to make anyone lose their job but they need to be talked to firmly about this situation. I won't be going to this location again.

I bought a chocolate milkshake.Your ice cream is just like all fast food places.It takes 30 minutes or more to be able to use the straw.Once the shake melts, it turns into some funky foam.What in the heck are u selling us?

I just go to this store and charge me 3.75 for a large big red go to the app and the large soda is 1.49 what is going on

It's late they are about to close, I have taken that into consideration when making this post.... But that shouldn't mean customer service should lack. If you don't want to serve customers properly then CLOSE!! I have been order Strawberry Limeades for years, this is the first white one I have EVER been given. To get home and see there is a few strawberries in it. This is so sad. I will not return to have my money taken for no quality in food nor service.

I ordered off of door dash. This is the second time I ordered the Chocolate Oreo Master Shake and it has tasted off and weird. Please clean your milkshake machine or replace the chocolate syrup you use to blend the chocolate shake. It's horrible. I'm not an expert but it definitely should not taste like this.

Ordered my food and when I got it, my bread on the chili dog was hard and burnt. I asked for a new one. I purposely tore the box so I would know if they did a new one or not. They gave me the same burnt stale chili dog with the torn box. I asked for the manager. I told the manager happened and she said all of their bread was old. My question is, why are you serving people old bread? She didn’t care and she reached in her register and said here you go. She gave me a $5 bill and closed the window

The morning time manager is amazing. She’s very polite, professional and always friendly. I think she the one keeping this location open. She need a raise a promotion or something. I don’t know her name but I think she drive the white SUV.
