I was reminded today why i never go to Sonic. I decided to stop for a jr double cheeseburger. I went through the drive thru. I waited a minute and no one greeted me so i was like like Hello? Not till then did someone say anything. I only ordered the jr. Cheeseburger and i paid at 11:01 i was not handed my order till 11:11 literally the parking lot had 2-3 cars i think. Well i leave and when i opened my burger i noticed one of the patties overcooked and the other barely cooked. Looked as if one if them had been there from the night before. Super gross. Do better Sonic.

I normally use the mobile order today. I did a schedule pick up for 810 be minded. I was at work somehow my order is not available to pick up and the manager is gonna argue with me and say a woman picked up my order no notification.

And let me attach the receipt. It definitely says it’s a pick up time 810 which is about the time I’ll get off of work.

Got most of the order wrong, forgot half the condiments on my burger, forgot to bring my coke and then poured it out and brought me out the WRONG drink. Not to mention the people hanging out looking inside cars.

Lazy workers shut the ice cream machine down over an hour before close every night. Hope the GM sees this because they need to hire people who will actually do the bare minimum of their job. Cars after cars just pulling out of the drive thru because everyone comes here for ice cream and they never have it running after 9pm.

Placed an order on the app ahead of time and was given an ETA for when my food was supposed to be ready... I waited here for more than 30 minutes and saw 8 other people get their orders before me after they got here after I did! I even tried calling them on the phone and called several times but they didn't answer! Why does this place give such horrible service even after I give 20% tip? Here's a kicker as well, when I pulled up to the drive through they handed my order in poor condition as well! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt twice but I kept getting disappointed every single time!

Morning manager is always courteous polite I sometimes notice that he’s in the store by himself and he’s still able to work efficiently and keep the customer happy if it were not for the morning manager I probably would not come to the sonic
