Zero attention to detail. Asked for a burger with cheese a couple times ordering and no cheese was on it. 3 tots in bag. This sonic usually spot on and tasty but tonight was off. Still coming back tho

Closed 25mins early. I pressed the red button, it flashed saying someone would be with me..waited 5mins, went to another stall & pressed button Employees inside, talking. 1 employee opened door started talking to a friend Pet the friend pit bull. I saw the dog go in...all this time she could have told me they weren't answering the buttons. She wouldn't even acknowledge me to say they closed early. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED! Happened Jan Wed 29th!!

Guy that works days here is awesome, fast,friendly etc. I buy my ice here. Like to hit happy hour 1/2 price drinks, including shakes & slushes. Great tots&onion rings however a couple years ago Sonic chgd it's burgers & I think they're horrible now. They were similar to whataburger, not anymore.

Fast friendly service and some mean fried pickles and plushies.
I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes before someone brought just my drinks. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked where my food was, they said do you have a receipt? I said no, because you never brought me my food. They said sorry, we can’t help you. Corporate wouldn’t help either - this location and company is run by thieves.
The people who work at this location specifically are weird and aggressive - watch out for them literally stealing your money. Kinda pathetic y’all.

Thank you so much I’m so content ? whoever put the extra mustard and pickles on my cheeseburger I hope you have an amazing day and that you become a millionaire ✨ I hope both sides of your pillow are icy cold and your pay gets a bump.
