I'm not sure what happened in the past year...this place used to be good. 4 out of 5 of my recent orders have been wrong. At the very least, I want all of the tips I've paid to be refunded. Please reply to this review with a customer service contact number/email so we can resolve this. Thank you

I was happy to receive my meal fairly quickly. The gentleman who took my order after I parked in a stall took my order correctly and the young lady who delivered my food was very polite and friendly. My medium onion rings were served piping hot and cooked perfectly...they were the best thing about my order. The Coney chili cheese dog tasted good but a whole lot of the cheese on top stuck to the wrapper. The unfortunate thing about all of Sonic's proteins are that they are served luke warm. This hot dog would have tasted better had it been hot instead of like it sat in warm water. The double cheese burger tasted good too with a healthy amount of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The meat though was barely warm, thus the cheese was not adequately melted. Sonic, why can you not serve hot food ?

Gr8 service that was fast and exacting! Pleasant atmosphere and employees! Only minor hang up was that the majority of Sonic Drive-Ins I've been to have a public restroom, but this one did not!

The worker spilled the vast majority of my drink on me when the cup broke, and after getting a new drink, he made sure to remind me that “we are accepting tips, by the way.” What an absolute joke this Sonic location is.

Let's start off by stating they don't even deserve One star when I came to the drive through. I ordered 3 lords cherry lime made slush instead. They gave me any type of drink. I came back and thanked them for mistaking my order instead. I was approached by one of the employees. Stating I had cussed her mother I asked the young lady to get out of my face and she would not. I told her to keep them making my drink. Just make my drink correct instead. She decides that she wanted to stand there and try to argue with me. And then she proceeds to go Because I asked for the manager. The manager then comes out and state that it was that she didn't want to argue. I didn't want to argue as well. All I wanted was my drinks to be correct long story short, I end up reaching out to corporate. Corporate didn't do anything. All they did was refund me the money and that's a film days. Don't go to this sonic, it's it's a horrible choice.

I ordered the garlic butter bacon burger combo and a breakfast sandwich combo and pickle fries. When I arrived home to devour my food, the quality of my burger appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. There was barely any garlic butter and onions and the cheese was melted at some point in time. The bread was stale, and the meat patty was over cooked and crumbly. I called the store to see if they could accommodate me. I spoke with a manager, Kay Kay, who says she could give me a store credit or a refund. I told her that I do not live close by and so a refund would suffice but only the burger as the remaining food items I ordered were ok. She then proceeds to tell me the only way she can issue a refund is if I bring the food back and that she could not take my word for it as they make their food fresh. (Not true) The level of service on ALL fronts, specifically customer service and product, needs to be evaluated and revamped. This is beyond unacceptable and a horrible experience all around.
