Ordered here on the mobile app. Pulled up and checked in at the stall I was at. After a couple minutes a message popped up saying someone was on the way with my food. Jenae or something. 10 minutes goes by. Nobody comes out. I press the red button to ask someone. Another 5 minutes go by as it just says someone will be with you shortly. Nothing. Mind you there wasn't any other cars in the stalls, so it wasn't a busy time. I finally pull around to drive through and say I had a mobile order and checked in. They just told me to pull around to window asked my name and handed me my food, which was cold by that time. What the hell happened that they couldn't just bring my food out?

Y’all be careful this place will shut down an hour early and every night their system is not working because they don’t wanna continue to work. They wanna go home and I don’t think it’s fair to the business. You’re supposed to close at a certain time and I’ve came here three times this week each time late at night when I’m off work they saying their system is down and I’ve came to realization their system is not down. They’re just lazy and don’t wanna work and they’re ready to go home. They’re cleaning up two hours before it’s time to go home It doesn’t make sense that I have to choose another restaurant all due to their employees negligence. I’m only posting this because I wanna save time for y’all that really wants to get something to eat late night

They don’t where hair nets they let’s anybody talk today workers any type of way they talk about their workers in a Manager group chat we had roaches all in the ice running around. They said that they workers brought the roaches up there. They be reusing cups I never seen them clean with soap. It’s just water everything just get rinsed off. It be Hair and people food and when people complain, they say that they don’t care and they can go to another sonic

I’m not one to write reviews as I know everyone is doing what they can. But this Sonic is just not good. I waited over 30 minutes just for a drink. And when I pressed the button to ask about it I was told there was a lot of cars so I need to wait. I could understand if this was meal but it was only a DRINK. I don’t not recommend this location. I noticed people who came within my wait order full meals and get it fulfilled before my drink. I’m very disappointed and although I live around the corner I will drive to another location before I go here again

I had a really disappointing experience at the Sonic Drive-In on Wheatland in Dallas. I ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and two drinks, but everything came out cold. The burger was poorly assembled, and the mozzarella sticks weren’t even warm. It’s frustrating when your food isn’t prepared properly.

What made it worse was the service. The carhop had a terrible attitude—when I spoke to her, she gave me a look like she didn’t want to be there. I tried to stay polite and wished her a nice day, but she just walked off without saying a word, let alone smiling. No customer service whatsoever.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience really left a bad taste. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Order a footlong and it pose to come with buy one get one free and I didn't get the free one because the manager Erica told me other wise it don't work like that I will not purchase from location again

Got the half price burger after 5. It was all good but i ordered onion rings asked for ketchup, she said it was in there. Smh. I must be blind. Luckily i went home to eat. But if you didn’t put the ketchup you don’t have to lie about it. Lol 😋

Literally the worst sonic ever. I only come to sonic for drinks and every time I stop at this one it takes no less than 20 minutes every. time. To get my Dr. Pepper. And then 2/5 times it’s wrong and I have to ask them to fix it. This is the closet one to where I live so I’m just going to start going to QT or something because this sonic suuuuucckksss.

It took 2 times to get a simple order of a large UNSWEET tea with lemon. Come on , how hard can it be! First try was sweet tea with lemon, had to get out of the car since it was a mobile order and let them know it was wrong. Then brought me unsweetened tea, NO lemon. Moved to a stall to ask for my lemon. Told them what happened and it was difficult to get them to understand I already paid for the lemon, you just didn't give it to me. Gotta do better Sonic.

Sonic in Dallas Texas on wheatland rd near Charlton Methodist food is nasty and cook in old grease. My chicken sandwich was terrible and seemed like it sat under the light all day. It didn’t taste fresh🤮

This location should be shut down. They have horrible customer service and don’t take pride in make sure the quality of the food and drinks are maintained. I will avoid ordering anything from this location.

Please please fix your diet coke. I go almost daily for a diet coke and the last 3 days the taste, color, smell all wrong. Sent it back each time thinking it was coke or zero but got the same thing.

I typically use my app to order so I won't have to yell at the speaker when I arrive. It makes it really convenient. Just make sure when you check in, you watch the progress. I'm they will mark it as delivered and you will end up waiting longer if you don't pay attention. Other than that I don't really have issues. I would like to note that when they make burgers heating up the bun will make the burger taste more fresh. Nothing I hate worse than a cold bun with hot ingredients.
