They did not allow the public to use restrooms. I had to wait on food we already ordered then rush my kids down the street to a different location for them to use the restroom. Need to put a sign on the doors so people know if they should stop with kids.

Apart from them giving us two wrong orders, the drink for my wife was unacceptable. It had broken styrofoam pieces from another cut mixed in with the sonic blast. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we were home eating it. We wanted to go back and confront them about it. But we had two toddlers with us that had enough and wanted to go home. I hope they correct this issue.

I ordered a breakfast bacon toaster since I had a taste for it post surgery and there were TWO GNATS stuck to the cheese on the INSIDE of the sandwich. At first, I thought it was a bacon crumb until I had my mom check. Had I not opened it to put jelly on it, I wouldn’t have known. That is disgusting. I didn’t get to enjoy the drink cause I couldn’t trust it. Talk about HURT. Hospital food it is smh

Already filed complaint asked for drinks the dr pepper was out, I said I still wanted my other drink and I would just was a refund and they serviced cars around me and ghosted me just because I wanted a refund for one of my drinks. I had 2 toddlers with me that were already mad for stopping once at a sonic let alone having to go to another after a long wait.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there yesterday and bought two slushes for my wife and I. After paying and driving off, I noticed mine and my wife slushes were very liquidity. It was not a slush and it hardly had any crushed ice and strawberries in it. I wished I lived closer cause I would of drove back around and requested my money back. What a waste of my money. My receipt says the name of my server was Myasia 10230. She did not say Thank you or anything after purchasing our order. I will not be returning back to this Sonic ever again. ITS SUMMER, HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE ICE COLD FLAVORED SLUSHES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS? Geez!

I’m not sure who manages this location, but this is the second trip in a row it’s taken 20 mins to receive my order I placed online and no one cares.

This has got to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST SONIC I have visited EVER and I love Sonic!! I love Sonic so much I’m engaged to a manager with the company. That’s still doesn’t erase the fact that the employees at this Sonic possess ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is nothing done to make the customer appreciate spending their money here. You feel dirty after spending money with them. Almost as if you paid them your hard earned dollars for nasty customer service and incomplete orders. I placed an order and after telling me they did not have the item I ordered I was still charged then offered something I do not even eat in place of what I paid for. I asked the young lady why was the item not removed before charging me. She shrugged then called over a manager whom it took nearly 10 mins to refund then replied she was sorry she could not provide a receipt for the refund. I left highly upset only to go the next day for a route 44 cup of ice ($.81) to be told sorry our system is down and we can’t sell you a cup of ice! Well darn. I’m over this Sonics! That’s only two of my horror stories with them. If you value your sanity just make the extra mile drive to the Sonic on Polk and 20.

I came to this sonic and order a small vanilla shake and when I tell you it was the worst customer service I ever had the manger is rude and unprofessional the cashier you brought my order didn't even want to give me my change back someone needs to do something about this cause this ain't the first time
