This location should be shut down. They have horrible customer service and don’t take pride in make sure the quality of the food and drinks are maintained. I will avoid ordering anything from this location.

Please please fix your diet coke. I go almost daily for a diet coke and the last 3 days the taste, color, smell all wrong. Sent it back each time thinking it was coke or zero but got the same thing.

I typically use my app to order so I won't have to yell at the speaker when I arrive. It makes it really convenient. Just make sure when you check in, you watch the progress. I'm they will mark it as delivered and you will end up waiting longer if you don't pay attention. Other than that I don't really have issues. I would like to note that when they make burgers heating up the bun will make the burger taste more fresh. Nothing I hate worse than a cold bun with hot ingredients.

I arrived place order menu item number 8 simple corny dog chili cheese with tater tots chocolate milkshake Auto was placed at 2:09pm. Central standard Time around 2;29pm I received the order and the order was cold after waiting another 5 minutes was unacceptable I requested my remaining balance for the food I pay for the shake... Something is wrong in that kitchen which has everything to do with management it needs correction ASAP. I received the $5:13e back no apology or is there anything I can get you

They did not allow the public to use restrooms. I had to wait on food we already ordered then rush my kids down the street to a different location for them to use the restroom. Need to put a sign on the doors so people know if they should stop with kids.
Apart from them giving us two wrong orders, the drink for my wife was unacceptable. It had broken styrofoam pieces from another cut mixed in with the sonic blast. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we were home eating it. We wanted to go back and confront them about it. But we had two toddlers with us that had enough and wanted to go home. I hope they correct this issue.

I ordered a breakfast bacon toaster since I had a taste for it post surgery and there were TWO GNATS stuck to the cheese on the INSIDE of the sandwich. At first, I thought it was a bacon crumb until I had my mom check. Had I not opened it to put jelly on it, I wouldn’t have known. That is disgusting. I didn’t get to enjoy the drink cause I couldn’t trust it. Talk about HURT. Hospital food it is smh
