I'd give zero stars if the option was available. This Sonic has changed. I use to get fresh food now it tastes like cardboard and rubber. Like food (meat) just been sitting there. (Dry)! These burgers use to be juicy awhile back. Y'all need to hire some MEXICANS! I noticed wherever the Mexicans are working fast food, the food is going to be fresh! These fries I got today taste like they were thrown back into the oil. Got them hot but definitely not fresh. You definitely lost me as a customer. I'll drive farther just to get my $40-50 dollars worth of food fresh. Heck the customer service alone is bad. Get upset when we ask for condiments smh.

I’ve tried going to this drive thru before. These are the people who are “killing” sonic. I used to love going to sonic for breakfast but owners like these are ruining this place & need to go next door to Arby’s and learn how to run a real fast food establishment.

JUST PAID FOR A SONIC BLAST THAT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA OREO AND THERE WAS NO OREO BLENDED IN, JUST ON THE TOP. THE MANAGER WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT ME GETTING SOME ON THE SIDE AND SAID SHE'LL REFUND ONE OF THE EXTRA CHARGES. OK, SINCE MY MOUTH WAS REALLY SET FOR THIS BLAST. THEN AS IM EATING ON THE WAY HOME IT HAS ICE CHIPS IN IT, UNLESS THE ICE CREAM IS FREEZER BURNED WHY WOULD THERE BE ICE IN IT? AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE WAS A CHUNK OF PLASTIC INSIDE OF THE BLAST AS WELL. NEVER COMING BACK. SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY MIND AND WENT TO BRAUMS. THEN WHEN THE MANAGER REFUNDED MY CARD SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR THE $0.50 BACK SHE GAVE ME EARLIER.

The store manager that opened today, (12-21-2023) needs to be FIRED... I had a coupon of the breakfast burrito combo, I asked her could I have it with no meat (since I don't eat pork) she LITERALLY told me NO. I asked for the manager and she said it was her. I then asked my coworker, who's not from America and only been here less then 6 months, to go there and order the same thing without pork. He went and didn't have a problem bringing my food to me. That manager needs training and her customer service skills COMPLETE SUCKS... I RATE THE WHOLE STORE SERVICE A 1 JUST BECAUSE OF HER...

This is ridiculous, I placed my order by app, and when I pull up, the work crew is outside with their buddy,???While they're entertaining the budy, my meal via the app still hasn't come out.The buddy from number 17 leaves and I'm still waiting then I use the button where I am and these jokers pick up nor do they respond.I will never use Wheatland Rd. Dallas Texas Sonic ever again. I will continue using the home turf!!!They never crew you up, food always the right temp, and if they get the order wrong. They make it right. Keep these youngster out of Fast Food Industry because some of them are completely lazy.
