This place is an absolute disaster… I ordered a sonic blast and that sonic blast had candy, but it also had hair in it not only was it incorrectly made, but they added their own special ingredients. I attempted to call the store to resolve the solution and of course, not surprising. They never answer their phones whether it’s day or night. I then reached out to corporate, and of course they were as useless as always, and said that there was nothing they could do because it is a separate owned entity and if the item had contamination. They mentioned that they would reach out to the owner or the supervisor whoever and they would get in contact with me. I did receive an email and that email did not address the situation did not offer a replacement did not acknowledge your refund. Nothing all it said was thank you for your concern. We’ll get back to you shortly. Yeah that never happened. Never happened! So here we are and I just decided to go Ahead and write this review. Never will be going back for other reasons too.

Ordered two regular fountain drinks and they took forever to get them out to the car

Slow, horrible service! I was there on a slow night, the order machine was broken so went to a different one. Waited 5 minutes to order, then 20 to get served. Nope!

went on a saturday night around 10pm and they didn’t allow us to go through drive thru for 2 drinks, mind you they close at 2am💀 went to a stall and waited 15 minutes to be able to take order. worker told us he was the only one and no manager was present. very unprofessional for a saturday evening to only have 1 worker doing everything. order online if you don’t wanna wait half an hour for 2 drinks

This is genuinely one of the worst sonics i’ve ever been too. We’ve come here sooo many times and something is either always wrong or the wait for our food is astronomical. I hate that this is the closest sonic near me. This time, we ordered our food on the app and checked in. There were about 3 other customers who were leaving their cars and coming to the door because they hadn’t gotten there food, and then we bevame the 4th. We waited 34 minutes before finally saying something and ome of the workers looked completely confused when we told them we checked in. The workers looked completely went in and came out 15 seconds later with our food. Why did we wait over 30 minutes for our food if you could get it that quickly. Maybe its a system issue, idk, but this was the last straw.
If you are craving sonic, just drive further to another one because this location sucks. You’ll probably have to wait regardless though as sonic always has a wait for god knows why.

I came here at 11pm. I understand it’s late. But they literally don’t close until 2am. It’s not the customer’s fault you all don’t close until 2am. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 mins… The food was fine. I guess that makes up for the poor customer service…………

I just went and got 4 sonic oreo blizzards. The ice cream was sour. The Oreos were stale and hard to chew. Took a couple bites and had to throw all 4 away. I never leave reviews but spoiled ice cream is inexcusable

Was a bit disappointed tonight, the sonic I usually go to is always great, I got my online order relatively fast but realized I was missing my sauces, I was told over the speaker that they’ll have it right out and after 15 minutes I had to wave down an employee. While waiting I overheard the two cars beside me both say they received the wrong order. Must’ve been understaffed today.

You know, I go here cause it’s close to work and I get the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Breakfast Burrito. And you know, it keeps getting worse and worse. There is nothing Ultimate about it. I don’t have time to complain while I’m in line but here I am. Three times in a row… guess I should know better by now.
