Don't waste your time or money here. The app apparently wouldn't work, and the card reader wouldn't work either. The old lady that reeked of cigarettes that came out to bring me my coffee was short, unhelpful, and rude. Do yourself a favor and just go to the whataburger on the same street, or any other place.

All I got was a cup of water at first they messed up which I understand that was my fault so sorry to Taylor whom took my order but the girl who came out first "alone" makes me sad for customer service and hospitality as a whole. First off why would you hand someone a cut in no straw and then walk off and as I'm yelling can I have a straw keep walking around with an attitude. I understand she has a condition but the only thing that makes her ugly is her attitude towards people I have a son with a condition and I tell him it's what's on the inside that makes him who he is. So this is just flat out disrespectful. A really nice Hispanic girl came out and fixed the problem and then gave me some coupons which I really appreciate but I wanted Sonic to know about that girl "alone".

I cannot get my bag of ice, again?!?!?!?!.... Supposedly the ice machine is broken/ or "It is down today"... whatever the case.... for months at a time?!?!?!?!... This happened before...for several months I could not get one bag of crushed ice... for months!! Today, I could not even get 2 route 44 cups of ice instead because "we only have a little bit of ice for the rest of the night"... That is not my problem! I came for ice!!! You are suppose to sale ice!!! I came here first, before anybody you may be saving ice for...IF that is the case!!!What a waste coming here, all I wanted was crushed ice.... Just wasted my gas! If ever there is a time I want to buy something extra, another Sonic will be getting that business, too! Because that just don't make no sense!! I do not understand how a company- whose most popular products are drinks with ice- can leave an ice machine down for so long...either someone is not being truthful or someone is not being sure to get this taken care of. A total disappointment!

I just made an order at 8pm and did not receive it. I checked in at the correct location at a stall.The system said the carhop was on the bringing it out, but after 40 minutes it never came outI went in the drive thru and asked about my order - they said they didn't have it even though I already paid for it

I waited almost 30 minutes in line, charged for regular sized frito wrap, but given the junior size!!! So pissed! She looked at me like crazy for asking for my receipt! This location is getting worse and slower on a daily basis!! New employees and new management needed!

Nobody wants to pay 2.50 for ice sprinkled with a little soda. Literally asked for lite ice and ice was packed to the top. Drink was gone in three sips ? very annoying and they know what they’re doing. If someone is paying for soda it should be mainly soda. Period.

Sonic saved the day- First the manager on duty was very nice helping me out with specific requests. Then my car battery died in the rain and I would have been stranded if Sergio hadn't gone out of his way to help me jump my car and get it started. He went above and beyond to help me out! Great food, but even greater service at this location. 5 stars!

I have been many different times and they always find a way to mess up my order. I asked for a HAMburger plain and dry with nothing on it. They always put cheese or something random on it. This time they put mustard mayo and ketchup.

I go to this location about once a week. I customary leave a $3 or more tip for the person that brings out my food regardless of the amount I purchase which is typically in the range of $14. The person taking the order was polite. The food was decent. The one star is based on principle. The person who brought me my food chose not to bring me all of my change, specially my coins. I, assume like the person who brought out my food, work hard for my coins and believe that no one has the right to keep anything that was not freely giving to them. That's stealing!It's was his lose as he took $0.16 and would have received $3. I would not have posted this, but this is the second time I have encountered this at Sonic drive Thru. If this is common practice of Sonic Drive Thru business model, it should be posted! Doing so allows customers to make an informed choice.
