They had no money to make change. Food was cold and not made as ordered. Drive thru person was rude. I tried to order and they told me to wait. I waited almost 3 minutes before my order was taken. Sat at the window for another 4 minutes. Bun was burned and cheese was cold. Horrible experience and I’m never going back.

The are charging the old price for a pretzel twist that is half the size and doesn’t come with cheese. Also they don’t fill up the blast all the way.

I had to be at work nearby, and unlike other locations where delays can be frustrating, her efficiency and professionalism truly stood out. Yep, all the reviews are pretty valid. The shoulder lengthed dark haired guy in the all blue shirt, big glasses with the crappy attitude should get fired. If you hate your job then go work somewhere else. Ordering at 10:30pm but damn, the place closes at 1am. Will never go back to this location again!!!! I even tipped. DROP THE ATTITUDE OR YOURE GETTING NOWHERE IN LIFE.

Been going to Sonic at Old Denton and Frankford Road, in Carrollton for 15 years. The service has been slowly declining recently. Had a day manager try to refuse my order, I think he thought I was a Karen. I thought he was ... nevermind the restaurant's reputation was saved by a gracious carhop who the manager had sent to give me the message. The carhops are quick and efficient, just would love to see them smile more. And, y'all please tip them, cash if possible, but it can also be adding in the app. Besides it being the courteous thing to do, you never know how they're being treated by their supervisors.

Christian was a one man show taking orders and bringing them out to all the cars in 109° heat!!!! Kept a smile and stayed positive! I asked was he alone he said its just him and a cook!!! Get those guys some help or a higher pay! They're doing yall proud!

Corbin was my server today and wow!!! He was absolutely incredibly, truly went above and beyond to make the Sonic experience much more enjoyable. So sweet, excellent customer service skills, and so cooperative. He definitely deserves the most. Great job to Corbin and his exceptional attitude.
