I’ve had good experiences with the daytime staff, but today at around 8 we were rejected before we even ordered. We pulled up to drive through and were told “we’re not taking orders right now” we asked if they were closed and they said “no we’re just not taking orders right now” I understand if they were backed up and needed time but out right rejected us was a little rude :(

This is one of the worst Sonic locations. Always expect poor service, long waiting time & cold food. I would not recommend this location at all. You are better off going to the location on Midway North of Park.

I have visited this location over 50 times since 2020. The customer service has always been terrible and there is usually a significant wait. However, when I visited recently, car hop Eric was very pleasant and my order came out in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed. I hope that management gives him a raise and keeps him around!

This Sonic is one of the worst I have ever visited. The card machines rarely work, the waits are long, and the food is not fresh. If there's another Sonic nearby, choose that one!
I hate being pregnant, craving a strawberry milkshake and go to this sonic worst bringing my doggy here knowing he will be disappointed just like me! Order a large strawberry milkshake and a pup cup since I had my dog with me, the guy said they don’t do pup cup which is a lie but I didn’t feel like arguing with someone making my food. He then brings me the milkshake with a flat lid on top which irritates me more!!! I said you guys don’t have that clear open lid that’s for milkshake, he acts dumb like he don’t know what I’m talking about. Gave him my money, had to waste a whole 3 mins for my change along with a disappointment doggy and me as a customer that comes to this sonic frequently! Will be my last time at this location!

This sonic is absolutely horrible! The customer service is ridiculous! They don’t know how to talk to customers! They show on their menu they have a medium popcorn chicken combo but when I ordered they said they don’t have a med popcorn chicken combo so you get a large but they charge you for a medium, so why not take it off the menu? Then when I kept telling them they are charging me for a large they argued they weren’t but based off their menu! Take crap off the menu if you don’t offer it and it will save alot of confusion for customers!!!

Ordered 2 corn dogs. They were so burnt you couldn't bite into it..in the trash they went. I would have given no star buy not an option

This is most broken Sonic I've been too. 1. Half the stalls don't work when ordering. 2. The stall in the middle(walk up)don't work. 3. The park lot is despicable. Hate too see what the bathrooms are like.
