Awful. Ordered a small via DoorDash and got a totally melted mini. Barely any whipped cream either. These people truly don’t know how to follow directions.

Wish I could leave half a star instead of whole one. This was the worst sonic experience I’ve EVER had, and I’ve been visiting sonic for close to 6 years now. That says a ton.
Let’s see. First, they completely ignored my combo order for a burger and fries, and made my side item large mozzarella sticks which I had originally ordered for my wife. On top of that, I was charged for marinara sauce that *we didn’t even get* lol. Burger was rancid, tasted like old meat (I may call health inspector to be honest). The tea I ordered was just a cup full of ice and maybe like a few sips worth of tea. The ice was so packed to the brim, I couldn’t even properly insert my straw. On top of everything else, the carhop, Joshua, was incredibly rude. Will not be returning, and I try to give places a second chance.

[UPDATE FROM THE RESTROOM: It has been 45 minutes since I wrote this review and I am now on the toilet with food poisoning. I also failed to mention that the burger had an almost rubbery texture to it. This location needs an FDA inspection.

We used a buy two get one free snack discount on the app and only received two items instead of three. We pressed the button to tell them that we were missing an item and the lady was extremely rude, not listening, and just said 'okay' when we explained what happened and then turned off the mic. We were from out of town trying to get home so we just put in another order and asked for the missing item when that person came outside, that person was nice and apologized but they knew that they had messed up the order and it took us ordering again to fix it the problem ourselves basically.

this is the best sonic in dallas and i frequently this one and other Sonic’s in dallas. from the people and service they deserve to know their hard work is appreciated. never a long wait time

I’ve been to this Sonic several times, and every single visit has been a terrible experience. It usually takes 45–50 minutes just to get my order, and even then, it’s always wrong. One time I waited an excessive amount of time for my change and never even received it. They’ll take your order, then ask you to repeat it multiple times, which is frustrating on top of the long wait. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone—not even to a funeral home or the homeless.

I come to this sonic about 4 times a week because it’s in the parking lot where I work and one of the workers is just frustrating. He refused to give me a large on the drink I ordered and paid for claiming it only came in medium only to be wrong I’ve been getting large all week. Then the next time I see him he gives me the wrong drink and I just know it was on purpose because of our last interaction even though I refuse to be rude to food service workers including him I was very nice about his mistake and even accepted a medium and drove away. Somebody needs to check that little Asian boy because he’s playing with my money now and that ain’t funny.

I have been coming to this location off and on for over 6 years now and it has constantly been problems with something. Either being cussed at by an employee, waiting 30mins for my order, never receiving my order because my order was forgotten about, order was made wrong, just always something, but this will be the last time I visit this location, ordered a rt44 sweet tea and on the first sip up through my straw comes this gunk!!! Wtf!!! I cant tell what it is. This place is ridiculous, no wonder Chick-fil-A across the street is always packed and this place dead.

Apparently, it takes the same amount of time to make a blast as it does to smoke a brisket. Not sure if this is a staffing problem or what, but there was no apology for the wait or anything. Never coming back to this location again.

Ridiculous wait time. Understaffed location who’s place should be shut down until they figure out how to put together a schedule. Bad management is always the answer. QUESTION TO MANAGEMENT: Is it part of protocol to gaslight your customers telling them it’s THEIR fault after “CHECKING IN” ON YOUR APP. Do NOT waste 30 minutes of your time waiting on a fountain drink here when there is 2 other cars. Waste of time.
