Absolutely Terrible !!! Incredibly slow service and when they finally brought my order it was wrong. I sent them back and they returned with the wrong item again. Save yourself and go elsewhere

It would be nice if the people taking orders actually knew the menu. I ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and said no onions. She put "Add Grilled Onions," so I reiterated, "I wanted that with no onions, please." I could hear her sigh and then she removed the "add onions" part, but never put "No Onions" in the order. I said again, "no onions, please." She just said okay and asked what else. I figured maybe the menu description was incorrect saying it had onions...but nope. Got home and the burger had, AS THE MENU SAYS, onions. Food would have been great had she known the menu and to add my "no onions" request to my order.

Hope I have the right Sonic - the one across from Jesuit. Go here everyday for tea. Yesterday the drive thru lady was absolutely horrible. Very aggressive with customers on the speaker and at the window. Never had that bad of service. I think she even embarrassed the other staff. It was tempting to call her out. The business deserves better. Manager should do better. Find her and fire her

This superb rating is for 2 specific employees, both named Maria. We have a Sonic closer but we go to 12030 Inwood Rd just to work with them. We know their schedules so we only go when either of them are working. We go every day for iced tea, sometimes twice a day.These ladies are exceptional and rare in the fast food business. Always courteous, gives their name, nice professional greeting upon arrival and when order is complete. Both are employees a business dreams about. If we lost then, we would go to a different Sonic. If I knew of opportunities, I would recruit them. If I learned they were not being treated well, I would help find them new jobs. There is one young man there who is friendly but all of the other employees have no customer service skills. The manager or owner would benefit from training everyone to improve. This Sonic is across the street from Jesuit. If every employee gave customer satisfaction, the store could capture customers from surrounding businesses.Maria and Maria are exceptional employees and admired by customers.

This took place on Saturday September 30th around 11:30pm.If I could rate 0 stars I would. The white lady with brown and blonde hair was so disrespectful from the start and had a bad attitude. When I order a nerd slush she got upset because I complained there was no nerds in the drink. Then she grabbed a giant handful and threw it on top. Then I mentioned to her that it isn't blended and there's too much. Ultimately she just blended everything in and the candy made my slush a bitter taste after dissolving in to my drink. I will never come to this sonic again. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service.

I’ve NEVER been told that whipped cream “isn’t allowed on a Blast, only on shakes”! That is the biggest bunch of b.s. I’ve ever heard. I’ll be reaching out to a manager about this. I go to various Sonic all the time, and I’ve never been told this!

Came to the drive thru and ordered 9 items, including a chili cheese coney and jumbo popcorn chicken. Drive thru was empty when I got there, no cars in front of me. After about 15 mins server comes and asks if I'm still waiting for my food... About another 10 mins pass and I finally get my food. Everything in one bag so I ask if everything is in there and she says yes, your chili cheese coney is at the very bottom. (Who the hell puts a chili cheese coney at the bottom with all the other items sitting on top of it, squashing it?!) Anyway I get home and realize they forgot the popcorn chicken so I have to go back. I call and she apologizes saying they noticed once I left. I don't want to go back and have my food get cold so I stay. We eat and all 5 of us get a bad stomachache right after. Chili cheese coney of course was all squished and the cheese was stuck to the plastic wrapper. Horrible service. Horrible food.

I wouldn’t recommend this sonic unless you are prepared to wait an hour for your food. We ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait. Even worse if you are trying to eat here on your lunch break.
