Order sonic from this location through uber eats. When I got my food, I noticed it looked like the ketchup might be missing. When I lifted the bun to check on that, I found a dead bug in my food.
Edit after reply: I am confused. Why does it say owner next to the response, but I would need to reach out to escalate it to the franchise owner? Either way, seems like a very underwhelming response to finding out food that left your kitchen had a dead bug in it. I have went ahead and reached out to corporate, as I hope they will seem to care more.
Super slow service even when you’re the only one in the parking lot. Employees are short with you and obviously don’t want to be there. This location always sucks.

They have a 21-year-old kid as a manager running a shift of teenagers.
The drive-thru person got my entire order wrong. I asked for the manager and Alberto came to the window and defended the guy. I asked him why didn't he hold him accountable and teach him what to do, and said that the guys would quit on him and nobody wants to work there. Insane...
