Made an order took 20minutes to come out in a bag soaked in grease soap mop water I don’t know and when I said something about it it took another 20 minutes to come out and I watched the manager on duty just put it in another bag gross and after her telling me she was going to refuse to remake but she did after called her manager

I placed an order through the app and paid. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes after checking in my food never arrived. I pulled around to the drive through and there was nobody there. There is no number to contact a manager. There were 4 other cars there w the same experience. I never received my food and would like a refund for the food I paid for.

I ordered mini hot fudge milk shake. It was rancid, so I threw it away. I then tried to contact sonic website on ticket and was unable to connect. I then called phone number on ticket and was placed on hold and then dropped without speaking to anyone. Eventually a server came out and gave me a cup of water so I could get the taste out of my mouth. The server (who appears to be the only one on duty) was kind to being water and said they’d talk to their manager about the issue when they returned

Nice....to eat out side with this weather today last day off this month wowww the food is ok .on time ,hot ,tasty and the fries is pure simple but delicious is like another a plenty full...so came and enjoy this burger and frozen dishes 😋 came I see how ist it???thanks sonic team's 😋!!!!!!!

The staff was very polite. Johnathan was very courteous and patient with my 5 year old son and I. He was calm and professional while taking our order. I bet even if I was having a bad day Johnathan would have still been awesome regardless of how rude can people be. :)

Ordered Uber eats and tipped and the driver stole my food Jorge. I called and explained Uber eats isn't helping and they stated nothing they can do and they won't even remake the order when at the end of the day they throw away old food but it's a matter of food waste . So yeah if Uber messes up and doesn't care as usual then this sonic will not help you.

So it's 8:45pm and this location closes at 11pm. I was told I couldn't order a footlong cheese coney because they are out of the footlong buns. Ok can I just get a regular chili cheese coney. No, we're out of chili. I just left and went to Jack-in-the-Box.

Service is horrible. Pulled in and ordered just to be told to hang on. Guy next to us pulled in after us and had his order taken immediately. Lady comes back on 4 mins later and takes our order while simultaneously not listening to anything we said. Ordered a mini oreo blast with whipped cream and she rings up a small. We correct it and she fixes it & doesn’t even get the whip cream. Idk who’s working here but they need better customer service skills & management should legitimately get this under control

They messed up my burger, I wanted no onion or pickle, and when I brought it back she argued with me about it as if I didn’t see the onion and pickles and every single burger and said that there were any on there. When I told her to bring it back out and show me they did not idk if she just didn’t want to argue or what but like why would I waste 30 more minutes out of my day to bring up a burger that I gave back to them just to get the right one? I will never come back here

Food was burnt and small portions. I asked the Manager to come view the food, and he only spoke through the speaker box. Poor customer service. We will NEVER go back to this Sonic.

If I could this sonic zero stars I would I went around a Monday I paced a mobile order it was supposed to be ready by 5:54 pm the service was terrible the lady gave my order to the people in Front of me the opened the burger than proceed to give my order to 2 other people she was very rude because I wouldn’t take the order the somebody opened very terrible service
