READ YOYR ORDERS!’ It’s not complicated. I’ve worked in the food industry including fast food. It’s not hard to look at the condiments. Every single time I order on the app requesting ranch, I don’t get ranch. It’s not a big deal to me, but it is a big deal to my kid…and I have to deal with that. I even called the location today to request they make sure ranch was actually given. I was assured it was. It was not. This may not seem like a big deal to many, but my baby is special needs and hyperfixates. READING IS NOT HARD. Please do better.

I walked there to get the new garlic Burger. I love garlic. I got the burger and a milkshake and walked home. Burger had so many onions on it I found myself fighting between garlic or onion as I was eating it. And the bacon was so thin that it seemed like there wasn't even bacon on it. I did not taste the bacon at all. So I scraped the onions off but the onions were placed on the burger right in the garlic butter so half the garlic butter I lost. So I will try again but I will say no onions on my burger. And I would like some lettuce or tomato. Just meet Chase is not a meal to me. I need my vegetables on it. And that's how I felt about my visit to Sonic this time. You guys judge on your own.

Honestly, this place would be great if it wasn’t for the amount of stalls that aren’t working. I pulled into 4 stalls before I found one that didn’t have a sign up saying the stall/screen was down. It’s ridiculous and makes it SO hard when this place is busy. Not only are you loosing revenue, it’s such an inconvenience for the customers.

I pulled up to the restaurant expecting to order food. When I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru, the guy was rude and said, "I have too many orders going, and I can't hear you." So I pulled up to the window. Now I should have known better because they were busy, but damn to be busy and rude was not what I was expecting. The cars in front of me got food and left. I pulled up and waited 15 minutes been 1. There was the only restaurant open on Christmas Eve. 2. Car hop was full. When the guy finally came to the window, he basically said, "we are bagged up and behind. I can't take your order right now until we serve the car hop." I said freak this and went to the sonic up the street. I've never been told this at any restaurant, let alone at Sonic. First and last time I go to that one.

Sonic needs to change their website where you can use more then one payment method. If you have a $10 gift card and your total is $10.01 you will need to use a different payment or take something off your order so it’s less then the gift card amount. Also need to take Apple Pay at the restaurant locations. Missing out on so much

I recently moved close to this location. Every time I go there, the food is hot and fresh and they never mess up the order. They also have very friendly service. The best Sonic I think i've ever been to!

If we make that intimate connection of the eyes, I deserve an explanation or flip me the bird; at least I'd have some acknowledgement. I understand that people closed down early due to lack traffic but I expect the courtesy, if noticed, to be told you already shut things down. We were down to play for some route 44 sodas but now we think you hate us. So well take our thirst elsewhere for less awkward pastures.

The lights weren't on and it didn't even look open but the other locations were open so I pressed the button and a woman inside was cleaning, got an attitude and then said they don't accept coupons. I knew before I drove to this location that it was a NO but I'm trying to figure out where I can use my free drink coupon so may as well attempt. I live the closest to this location and avoid it like the plague bc it's always something, like nobody wants to work here.

on 8/30 at 10:37 pm I pulled into the drive through. 1 car ahead of me at the window.Waited 17 minutes and nobody took my order despite looking directly at me.When the car pulled away I pulled up to the window since still no acknowledgement on intercom.The employee went to the back and hid avoiding me with about 6 minutes left before closing time. Plenty of time to buy $7.00 worth of fountain drinks. If they weren't going to wait on me they could have said so rather than have me waiting in line for NO reason. This heavy set Hispanic female is always rude on speaker and act like it is an inconvenience to do her job and take order and put money in the till.
