If you decide to come to sonic at night be prepared to wait a long time. after 7pm they seem to continue to forget about online orders waiting outside. I was upset because I let the app know I was outside...waited a little over 15 minutes. Other customers parked beside me are visibly upset...one customer knocked on their door. I finally pulled to space with speaker and they told me to pull around smh..

Waited 25 minutes for 1 medium strawberry cheesecake shake, tasted like chalk, and old cheesecake. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

I come here almost every week because I work in the area. And every time I get my mozzarella sticks, a few of them are ALWAYS RAW. I usually don’t eat the raw ones but I was honestly heated today because this is ridiculous and there’s no reason I have this issue every time I come here.

The Forest lane location Has to be the worst Location in Dallas. They are always trying to show you on whatever product you are ordering Yesterday I ordered a large sprite with foam vanilla and EXTRA cherries. Look in the cup after I’m down the road on my way to work and for $.50 they put two little bitty cherries and a large Sprite!! If you ever add strawberry to your order, it’s strawberry slime, no actual strawberry pieces or nothing in it If I go to sonic again, it will have to be a different location. This one is ridiculous.
