Breakfast teaser with sausage was on plain bread, not texas toast and was lukewarm. Tatertots were hare dry and tasted old. The only good thing was the popcorn chicken, but they did not have buffalo dipping sauce.. It was hot and fresh. Overall, it is not worth the $18 paid.very disappointed.

Customer service was horrible! Family of the employees pulled up after I placed my order (a pretzel and French toast sticks) which caused for over a 10 minute wait. The family left with a free drink and sundaes and I had still not received my food until 5 minutes later. Then when receiving my food, employee had an attitude

I go to this sonic, because it is the closest to my apartment. The last 3 times I’ve went I’ve had to go back and get a refund. I had a milkshake made with sour milk that manager said they “forgot to throw away”, my slush had chunks of food in it that the manager said “I guess they were trying to be funny”, and finally I went to just a Dr. Pepper and it tastes like vanilla syrup and water. It’s not brown or carbonated.

Had to wait 45 mins for our order and then they forgot half if it the girls working there were rude. None of the stalls where working they were only doing the one windows drive up so it took forever. My food was cold and the order was wrong so we had to wait even longer to get whatvwas missing. Avoid this sonic!

I went by the drive thru and Deisy was the person to assist me. She provided with the worst service, not a hello or good morning. She didn’t smile back at me and seemed like she didn’t want to help me in the first place. I will never be back here… EVER!
DONT GO HERE. I ordered a pickup of two small blasts, seems easy. I get there and am told there is one server and to wait, that’s alight I waited patiently. A wave of people came and went and so did 30 minutes. I ask again and they say they are working on it, 30 more minutes pass. I wasted a whole HOUR of my only day off patiently waiting on these kids to do their job. Waste your time somewhere else.

There are a few things wrong here. 1. We placed an order, and the lady who took it was very rude. For example, if you don't want to work, take your butt home. It was like she was rushing us every time we said anything. 2. Homeless people stay asking for money, and they don't do anything about it. Like that's rude. 3. The new fries taste bad. Once they are cold, it's over with. You wasted money on fries that are not good to begin with, and cold makes them worse.
