This operation is so damn sad . I placed an order for three grape slush so you believe I’ve had to wait over 30 mins for this order and still didn’t receive the order . You have workers just standing around no one could deliver these few drinks . At this point we guys need better manager management and works . Of course we don’t order food there anymore because the orders was NEVER RIGHT. At this point you guys should consider closing this place down !!!!!

Slowest place I’ve ever been in my life, waited 45 minutes for a foot long coney combo and a kids meal. And there is only 2 other cars here. Pure lazy here and horrible service

Fast food? Not today. This isn’t the first time the service has been slow, but today was especially bad. I placed a to-go order through the app, got there 10 minutes later, and still waited another 20 minutes before getting my food — 30 minutes total for a simple order. It’s consistently slow, and honestly, it’s frustrating. Definitely not the “fast” in fast food.

The burger was to salty and thy made my burger wrong at first and wen thy remade it to salty my fries was re-cooked so thy was hard and greasy and I waited for like 30 minutes

Awful customer service and disgusting work crew, I called the location to let them know there was a piece of hair in my burger, and I got an AI on the phone. His name is Teddy, they can’t refund me but they can remake the burger. I don’t even want to get another item from this location. I never leave reviews but that guy really upset me. Like he just didn’t care.

I did a mobile orded before I went to work this morning. Im still waiting for my food. I have been waiting over 15 minutes. When I pulled in at 645, I checked in. About a couple minutes later, a employee came out and asked my name. They told me the had literally just arrived. The app says you open at 6am. So, what time do you actually open?
