For starters, I tried to call the store itself. Unfortunately, only a computer answered with no options to speak to a real person. We come here often. But last night we only stopped by for drinks to go with our pizza. We ordered three different drinks' The total was a little more than $10 and we tipped the guy that brought our order out $3 dollars.( Note to the car-hops. I always tip in cash. So if you don't see a tip on the screen, remain diligent and professional. ). However, upon arriving home I first noticed that my drink did not look correct. I ordered a strawberry slushy with real strawberry fruit in it. Instead they gave me a flavorless slushy with nothing in it just slush. I tried to call, no answer. I called this morning, no answer. Again, just the computer. This put a slight damper on my night.

Service is almost always prompt, but the main detractor is their soda. Multiple times I have picked up Coca-Cola at this location, only to find that it tastes more like soda water than coke.Please consider using the plano rd/walnut hill location, the forest/75 location, or the park/Greenville location instead.

I just left from ordering 2 burgers an 2 slushes an tater tots the taters tots are cold an the burgers are cold and the lady that took my order on the speaker was rude no customer service I push the red button and an said what do you want that is so unprofessional.

Pulled up press the red button waited waited waited a guy came out gave someone an order who pulled up after me still nothing and then another car pulled up beside me and they started taking his order 10 minutes after I had been waiting.

If you are only polite to people who tip on a card, then you are missing out on cash tips. I paid with a card and did not tip with my card because I had a dollar bill I was going to tip with, but when the guy came out with my order, he just shoved the food in my face and immediately walked away. I did not even have a chance to tip him, but that was actually a good thing because he definitely did not deserve a tip anyway. I worked as a carhop at sonic for four years, and I know that is not how you are supposed to deliver an order.
Got a hotdog for my daughter and it was kinda old looking. I got the new peanut butter bacon burger and it barely had any pb on it.

I ordered a large coconut slushy. It literally tastes poisonous. I ordered a route 44 High C. It tasted water down and I asked for it with no ice so it’s not like the ice melted. I ordered mozzarella sticks. They were cold and very light brown. The kids ate the corny dogs. But my experience was not good.
