I’ve went to this location 3 times and the 1st time I went the lil girl was rude as hell and had an attitude. The last two time I tried to get breakfast and alter my food and the manager or whoever she is today 1/20/26 always got a smart ass mouth and attitude. This location is the worse I’ve ever been to
Not sure who the team is but one of the more consistent fast food places I've eaten at, haven't had issues with my food yet and it's tasted great.

Managers having workers pay out of pocket instead of fixing charges on a ticket. I paid $12 for a single patty meal. The young man was kind, however, I will take my business elsewhere because that is unacceptable.

My parents accent is thick, but its not that thick. Ignoring him when he tries to ask for something else is also not tolerated to me. I dont want to think it was racially motivated, but it feels pretty racially charged the fact that they ignored him 2 times and acted as if they couldn't just come by and listen to him better in person. I wanted a hot dog with nothing on it and tater tots. A simple order you'd think. His accent shouldn't have been such an issue.

I try to be very fair with fast food
I ordered a small simple order great price however regardless of the price the service and timing was not so great
Food was ice cold tots lukewarm was greeted as if they knew it was taking a long time regardless of the time bring hot food at lease called manager and she was pleasant my food couldn’t be returned due to having to be somewhere and I left a tip while yet it couldn’t enjoy my food too cold trash it goes

So this was not the Sonic that I went to just to be clear. But they already have a poor reputation here clearly so I figured it wouldn’t matter but I just wanted to voice my concerns to Sonic as a corporation. The false advertisement on the new Salted Caramel Toffee croissant bites should be a crime. I understand it’s only $1.99 and it’s a promo item but that is no excuse for the false reality presented and just overall lack of flavor. You got no salt, hardly any Caramel flavor and again barely any toffee. How could you mess this up this bad. It’s a crime especially in this economy that you even charged a dollar for this item. It doesn’t compare at all to the $1.99 wrap and burger. Like what where y’all thinking?

Not a pleasant experience! When I made an online order I had a correction on the size of the order, when online app suggested I mage the correction at store… They were rude and unwilling to assist!! Customer service is the reason a facility operates! Will not return! “Cherry “ does not represent sonic well at all! Waited almost 20 min for a breakfast sandwich.

I had a toaster meal and came to see my sandwich was incorrect not toasted and cold.once I came back I just wanted a refund for just the sandwich since I ate the tots and drink they refused to give me any type of refund saying I paid in cash and I didn’t want paid on my card have the proof and all they still kept saying I paid in cash at this point I’m highly upset and disappointed because the customer comes first and I didn’t feel that way at the point. The supervisor didn’t even come to and talk to me about it just sent the regular workers to come speak to me. The picture is the pay when I paid it on my card not in cash

They were short handed so service was a bit slow.
The milk used for the Sonic Blast was sour, I did not complete the shake. I had a meeting to get to so I didn't have time to get back to get it replaced.

The meat isn't like the old days sonic fries was cold I could digest the burger with bacon the bun wasn't toasted

After waiting 20min (not exaggerating), I had to get out of my car and knock to get anyone to acknowledge me so I could ask where my food was. I pressed the red button after 15 min but it went unanswered. Got my food, many things were incorrect and the fries were cold and slush melted.
This locations needs to be shut down as this is a consistent problem.
