I got a burger for lunch here, however not as done as I like them. I brought it back after work and explained that I told them I like it well done, this particular burger was not. The manager did not give me the chagrin & grief I anticipated. He apologized, made my entire lunch again (I already ate the fries & finished my drink earlier), I couldn’t eat a half cooked burger though so I brought the whole thing back with one bite out of it. I’ve been visiting this Sonic since 2017 whenever I’m supporting one of my sites in the area. Mostly they get it right. I would recommend this Sonic any given day of the week. It’s in a prime location right of I20W just off the exit.

Hate coming here because of the drive-thru staff’s attitudes. Lady hands me my order, I say Thank you and she’s already closed the window. Also, what’s the point in stopping at the speaker to mention that I have a mobile order if by the time I get to the window, they’re about to hand me someone else’s order. Awful service- please hire smiling faces!

I come in here all the time but after today y'all don’t gotta worry about it if you don’t like the job you do go find another one …….gave me a Oreo blast with no Oreos then when I ask can she add cookies (which was already supposed to be on there) you can tell she got a little attitude when I look in my bag they gave me a burnt corndog
stopped on order new bbq chesseburg add bacon no tomatoes no onions ,get to coscto to deliver open bag and yee haw a cheesebuger with lettus, tomatoes and onions.good thing the hire smart people NOT

I've now been to this location on two different occasions. I went inside on both visits. I can say that those 2 Sonic burgers were literally the 2 best Sonic burgers I've ever had. The fries were fresh and hot. The service was fast and friendly. This location has a great dining room inside a gas station with a BBQ restaurant. I highly recommend it.
