I asked for a small coffee 3 creams 3 SPLENDA, French toast sticks, and a small tots. I got charge for a burnt lukewarm Medium coffee. My tots were cold which I don’t understand at 7:15 because they literally just opened 15 minutes ago and I was given cane sugar after being rushed and and told “I already heard you” when trying to repeat for mutual understanding.

Please do not go to this sonic I had not one but two roaches one on the receipt dead and one in the bag alive I asked to speak to the manger and brandy the woman who served me did not apologize or give back the money I tipped just gave me a refund plz look at the video and pictures and do not go back to this sonic they were nasty and rude. I have a tip and was very polite even after they did not offer anything

I love coming to this sonic. Always gets my order right until today i ordered a medium dragon slush and they gave me strawberry. It was for my son and he's allergic to strawberries. need to pay more attention i will be getting in contact they can seriously hurt somebody

Ordered corney dogs, they came out burnt snd crispy. Pushed the button but no response for several minutes. Tried to call, no answer. I am leaving. Frank was nice tho when he bought the burned corny dogs Please dont burn the corney dogs again. Thanks

Their food is good. Been here in the past. But I waited 40 minutes today to get my order taken. Nobody never answered. Even changed spots to order. Never got my order taken. Customer next to me had the same issue. He waited for 20 minutes and nobody never took his order.

My burger was delicious although it was not pleasant to find a piece of what i believe is a bunched up piece of old lettuce it was not in my burger but was not nice to see. At first glance it looked odd but once i pulled it apart i noticed it was lettuce. But food overall delicious!

I went their during my lunch hour. I ordered my food I had to wait 20 minutes for it to come out. Lydia or something like that she is a team leader brought my food out. She didn't apologize for wait time. Then when I opened bag tots were supposed to be medium and they brought it out half way full. My burger was supposed to be a burger not a TOASTER. I also advised them no pickles this one had it in it. I told lady I am deadly allergic to it. She did not apologize for that.
At that point I was disgusted. I asked for refund. She said they was too busy. I said it doesn't matter that against company policy if customer request one u have to provide it. She then said the receipt u have is ur refund. I told her it was not. I want receipt that's shows refund.
Very disappointed all way around. Will never come back.

Corporate greed has gone on for long enough! Seriously? $9.54 for a large order of mozzarella sticks and a large coke are you kidding me?! Prices have become ridiculously over the top of expensive. Hope it was worth it because this was the last time I will ever go to Sonic again
