I just ordered a simple burger I asked for ketchup but when I got my order it was stopped with ketchup everywhere I got soo mad I threw it out my vehicle and customer service was also terrible

The customer service was poor. The cashier replied what you want , drive up and I will have your total. The strawberry slush with lemon wasn’t sweet no taste to it. For $5.00 medium wasn’t worth it.

I'm not happy with this fast-food restaurant. I ordered a drink, but I never got it after waiting for twenty minutes. Because they never brought my drink, I literally left. This service is incredibly ridiculous and terrible.

Not only did I spend 30 minutes waiting for a drink when it was empty they ended up forgetting my drink. When I went up to the workers and ask about my order the girl making it had an attitude and everyone else was playing around. In the end she made my drink completely wrong

Bag of ice $2.15 yes they are the slowest fast food you will see they’re always on their phone and playing with each other flirting laughing like they’re not on the clock

Unfortunately this is the closest location to me, otherwise I would avoid it forever. It’s always EXTREMELY slow. Doesn’t matter what time of day or day of week. Ordering thru the app is pointless because they don’t even make it in a timely manner or don’t even bother looking at it until you arrive.
The staff ALWAYS has an attitude and are more worried about being on their cell phones than checking if they’re doing their job correctly.

Corporate needs to fire EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGEMENT and hire some folks who want to work. The Ledbetter location is way better but I had to come to this one since it was on the way home with medication for my family member (in the hopes that they would have my order ready after placing it when I was still home and having it ready by the time I got the medication and made it back.) I was wrong. If the pharmacy is faster than the “fast food” place, you know it’s wrong

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Something was in my sonic blast and my daughter called the store to ask for a remake, a young guy said “so what you want” and then hung up in my face, she called back he didn’t answer the phone. She called sonic customer service the manager called back and she told her the young guy lying ass story and then she would handle it. He was at work the next day, answering the phone, smh. She told my daughter she refund my order so 4 days later the district manager called and asked for a copy of the receipt or order. He never got back with my daughter or the refund. He went as far to ask who was he speaking with as if she wasn’t who she said she was. Ever since he called she was getting strange calls from different Dallas numbers pretending to call for the court house or just holding the phone.

I wish I could give this location negative 5 stars. The service here during the night shift is absolutely awful. I understand they are kids but where is the management? Please hire better staff. This is not the first time this has happened which led to me leaving this review. Every time I have tried to eat at this place my order was either ruined, I had to wait an hour just to receive it or I simply left because it was taking so extremely long to get my food. Last night I attempted this location and was extremely frustrated and disappointed once again. After ordering through the app it took 20 plus minutes to get my order. Once I received it my float was completely melted to the point I could easily drink it through the straw, my chicken wrap was cold and there was no marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. After pressing the button to ask for sauce I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes after the young lady said she would bring it. After another few minutes passed I left the stall & pulled around to the drive thru window where a different young lady informed me they were out of marinara. I could see the other girl who said she would bring it at first hiding and avoiding eye contact with me. Instead of wasting more of my time I wish she simply told me there wasn’t any marinara, better yet, they should’ve informed me when I ordered and I would not have gotten cheese sticks. After being there over an hour I finally left feeling very unsatisfied. This was such a waste of money for me. I will NEVER go back to this location. Unfortunately it is the closest sonic to me so I will have to find another place with my favorite root beer float.

I use the app, which mitigates most of the ordering issues. Just be careful pulling into the stalls. The signs can take out the side of your car.
