The gentleman that took my order was nice but once we asked for our sauces again, another lady answered and was very rude. Mind you I wasn’t complaining I was simply asking for the sauces assuming that they’d already come inside. However TIFFANY (the assistant general manager) had a very aggressive tone saying “YOURE SUPPOSED TO ASK FOR SAUCES” but I was never given the option when I was ordering. PSA “Tiffany” if that’s even your name. Do better.

I wish I could give negative stars. Each time (4x) I've visited this location in the drive thru, no one answers. I tried calling and the rings and no one picks up. The franchise owner should be ashamed of the customer service that is being served. I stopped trying and started visiting Sonic's on Cedar Hill and Inwood. Impeccable customer service. I don't want to hear the same old tagline. Just give me the number or email address to the corporate office.
