I keep trying to give Sonic the benefit of the doubt, but their daily deals are just not cutting it. I ordered two of the $1.99 honey Chipotle chicken sandwiches—one with bacon for my friend and the other original. The extra charge for bacon was only 99 cents, which didn’t seem bad. But when my friend opened her sandwich, she found one tiny piece of bacon just sitting on top of her tomato. It looked like it had been left over from breakfast and was probably sitting in the warmer all day. It’s ridiculous they’d even serve that, let alone charge 99 cents for it. Seriously, Sonic?!?
