I came here when this Sonic first opened and it was superb. I finally got a burger that looked like the pictures and the service was top notch (this was first thing in the morning when they opened). I rushed here tonight before they closed (worried I get the leftovers)……boy was I wrong. Again, the burger was amazing. All the other Sonics should take notes from this location.

I'm upset only because I asked for sweet tea, I didn't get it. I go inside to request new one they give me 2 replacement unsweetened teas. I'm just trying to explain there is no sugar inside this Tea. So the manager just hands me sugar packets as if I'm lying. It's half price drink I'm not gonna get upset because again it's happy hour price but what would I lie about some tea ? I just left the tea on counter and left.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry and had no flavor it looked like it had been sitting out for a while the pickle fries were ok.but my grandsons chicken pop corn was the same as my chicken sandwich and the fries were dry and hard I really think they need to improve there quality of food at this location I will not be going back to this Sonic.

I love Sonic food, but the only problem was the service. They took 2 hours to deliver my order, because they were 19 year olds watching tiktok’s. When they finally did, I was missing almost everything.

This was one of the worst delivery experiences ever. Not receiving items that were paid for was bad enough. Not receiving any of the condiments requested was disappointing. But. The chicken tenders were over fried but at least they were still edible. The onion ring was, unfortunately, impossible to attempt to consume. And despite multiple tries, never could see any actual onion in the razor sharp ring of fried mystery. Shame there hadn’t been any sauce, would have helped cover the quality of the food! My husband tried calling up to the store, and as soon as he mentioned the paid for items that were left out of the order, the employee actually just hung up on him! I would definitely not get delivery from this sonic, make sure you go in person so you can check your order and make sure it both reflects what you paid for, and that it doesn’t look like the last of the day’s chicken tenders cooked in grease that is probably overdue for a changing out. The iced tea was delightful.

haven’t had sonic in a while since visiting the south. ordered the coney dog combo. tots tasted like grease and the food quality has definitely diminished.
